Sharp of wheat,wheat take-all and wheat common root rot are important soil-borne diseases in wheat production in china. With transregional machinery harvest operation, the range of scatter and damage degree has increased year by year. It has serious threat to safety production of wheat. Seed treatment is a economical and effective prevention and control measure to control seedling diseases which spread by soil and seeds.In this study, we selected triadimefon, tebuconazole, fludioxonil as a control medicament. With five fungicides for three soil-borne disease (Rhizoctonia cerealis, Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici, Bipolaris sorokiniana),to\icity test was conducted and safety tests on wheat seedling had been done. The results of toxicity determination revealed that:Rhizoctonia cerealis is very sensitive on thfluzamide and boscalid, and thfluzamide has a minimum EC50 value:0.0189?g·mL-1; Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici has a sensitivity on flusilazole, epoxiconazole, tetraconazole,EC50 Value is about 0.06?g·mL-'.The results of safety to seedlings shows that there are some influences on wheat germination after medicament treatment. There is a great influence on pyraclostrobin we screen out four efficient and safety fungicides:thfluzamide?boscalid?flusilazole?tetraconazole.Based on Horsfall methods, we did qualitative analysis on synergistic action of two composite bactericides. The results showed that, C value of composite bactericides is stable for Rhizoctonia cerealis,and all the C values are closed to 1; Boscalid shows additive action in whole proportions, maybe they have synergistic action.the results of Gaeumannomyces graminis var.tritici shows that under the testing concentrate, all of them show the synergistic actions, so we can reduce the concentrate of triazole fungicides on production application. On interval of proportion 1:9-7:3, an increasing tendency was observed on composite bactericides. The results of Bipolaris sorokiniana shows single fungicide C plays a leading role in mycelial growth. On interval of proportion5:5-9:1, it shows the additive action, even synergistic actions. Considering of Economic Benefit and potential proportion, we conduct field test for further studies.The final formulation of promoter by screening test of composition:thickener-xanthan gum 0.2%; dispersant NNO 2%; wetting agent600#+BY140 mixing 3%; Film Forming Agent WLNO 3%;pigment 3%?The results of field testing show that adding the growth regulator was beneficial to seed germination, and can increase seedling survival rate; four composite bactericides has a little effect on wheat growth.they also has some control effect on Rhizoctonia cerealis. The formulation with A is lower than the formulation with B in the incidence and disease index. Compared with CK, AD Performs yield under the different concentrate.In laboratory test, we can find that the formulation of 3%AD is a safe and promote growth of seed. So we can got the best formulate 3%AD?By the storing testing, we can find that there is a greater influence on seed germination. We can got the final optimal combination of growth regulator:humic acid (Mn+Zn)+IAA= 15?l+0.002mg/mL.
