With the constant improvement of the standardization level of laying hens scale cultivation in our country,environment control of poultry house became one of the important factors which influenced the layer's genetic performance.The experiment was conducted to study the environmental quality of layer house with eight overlap tiers cages,the environmental quality parameters including temperature,relative humidity,velocity,CO2 concentration,PM10 and light intensity at different points were measured in summer and winter,their correlations were analyzed in order to provide reference for optimizing the environmental quality control methods of large-scale caged layer house.The environmental quality parameters were measured at different points in layer house with eight overlap tiers cages from wet curtain side to fan side,from lower cage to higher cage.1.From the wet curtain side to fan side,the values of temperature,CO2 concentration,velocity and PM10 increased gradually,relative humidity showed a trend of decline,the velocity was lowest close to wet curtain side in summer.The temperature,CO2 concentration,velocity,ammonia,TSP,relative humidity and PM10 also increased gradually in winter,and PM10 at wet curtain side was significantly lower than other points(P<0.05).2.In summer,the values of CO2 concentration,relative humidity and PM10 increased gradually along with the increasing cage layer,velocity gradually decreases,and temperatures of each layer cage were uniform,the values of relative humidity at higher tiers cage were larger than that of lower tiers cage.Light intensity of the lower central cage layer were higher than that of the lower cage with 7-11 Lx.In winter,the temperature,the concentration of PM10,CO2,the value of ammonia increased with cage layer increased gradually,relative humidity,velocity decreased.The temperature of wet curtain side was significantly lower than other points,the upper determine the relative humidity is lower than the lower points.3.The correlation analysis of environmental quality parameters in summer.Temperature and relative humidity were extremely significant negative correlation(r =-0.579),and CO2,velocity and PM10 were extremely significant positive correlation(r=0.576,r=0.516,r=0.291).Relative humidity,velocity and CO2 were extremely significant negative correlation(r=-0.194,r=-0.275),CO2 and velocity,significant positive correlation(r=0.619,r=0.675),velocity and PM10 was significant positive correlation(r=0.240).4.The correlation analysis of environmental quality parameters in winter.Temperature and CO2,PM10,ammonia,has very significant positive correlation(r=0.153,r=0.122,r =0.122),and humidity significantly negative correlation(r=0.711).Humidity and CO2 were very significant negative correlation,PM10(r=-0.346,r=-0.134)and significantly positive correlation with velocity(r=0.227),and ammonia was significantly negative correlation(r=-0.088);CO2 and velocity,the TSP were extremely significant negative correlation(r=-0.332,r=-0.115),and ammonia extremely significant positive correlation(r=0.582),Velocity and PM10,ammonia significantly negative correlation(r=-0.104,r=-0.170),and the TSP significant positive correlation(r=0.121).In conclusion,the results showed that the environmental quality of the environmental quality of layer house with eight overlap tiers cages in summer and winter could meet the demand of layer production and fit the Environmental quality standard for the livestock and poultry farm..However,the relative humidity of wet curtain side was higher in summer,some measures must be implemented by adjusting environment controller parameters to reduce the water pump of the damp curtain open time,or the number of open in summer,and the light intensity of the lower central cage layer were higher than that of the upper,some steps should be taken to adjust the intensity of light source,the spacing between the light bulb.Upper corridor low velocity measured in experiment,it is suggested that adjust the fan mode,ensure that the upper velocity.Inner temperature in the winter was carried out at 20 ? above average,but different inner cage layer between uneven distribution of temperature,temperature between the lowest and highest value difference between 6 ?;The average CO2 concentration is 2000 mg/m3 average relative humidity around 43%,the relative humidity is low;so the ventilation rate should be increased on the premise of guarantee the temperature.
