The test adds tea PolyPhenols of different concentration levels into the daily ration of the yellow-feathered broilers infected by coccidiosis in chicken.Through measuring the growth Performance of the yellow-feathered broilers,the intestinal flora,the intestinal morPhology,the Permeability of the intestinal mucosa,the serum biochemical indicators,the PH of the intestinal contents and others indicators related to the intestinal microecology and anti-coccidiosisl indexes,the research relatively systematically studies the influence of the tea PolyPhenol on the growth Performance of the yellow-feathered broilers infected by coccidiosis,the Protective effect on the intestinal microecology and the mechanism thereof,and the anti-coccidiosis effect of the tea PolyPhenol.In the exPeriment,210 healthy yellow-feathered broilers of similar weight(7-day-old)are chosen and randomly divided into 7 grouPs,and each grouP is rePlicated 5 times with 6broilers rePlicated each time.Among them,grouP 1 is the control grouP;350 mg/kg tea PolyPhenols was added into the basic daily ration of the grouP 2 and 6 in the exPeriment;500 mg/kg tea PolyPhenols was added into the basic daily ration of the grouP 3 and 7,and500 mg/kg anti-coccidiosis drug dinitolmide Premix was added into the basic daily ration of the grouP 4.At 21 days old,drench seParately each ex Perimental broiler from the first grouP to the fourth grouP with 1 ml of 5000/ml delicate Eimeria oocyst susPension.Collect samPles and measure relative indexes at 28 days old and 35 days old.Test results shows:(1)Adding tea PolyPhenols of certain concentration to daily ration significantly increases the contents of intestinal lactobacillus and bifidobacterium in broiler chicken infected by coccidiosis,declines the content of colibacillus(P < 0.05)and maintains the normal microflora in the intestines;remarkably increases the contents of total Protein and globulin in serum(P<0.05),which imProves the immune function of broilers themselves;remarkably decreases the contents of bacterial endotoxin in its Plasma(P<0.05),thus effectively reducing Permeability of intestinal mucosa;reduces the PH values(P < 0.05)of the contents in the caecum significantly,and increases the number of the beneficial bacteria and the contents of its metabolites in the intestines;significantly imProves the intestinal morPhology,and the height of villi in the intestines,and the V/C are significantly higher than those of the control grouP,esPecially the duodenum(P<0.05),and im Proves the digestive and absorPtive function of the intestines,which could exPlain that Tea PolyPhenols could maintain the dynamic equilibrium of the intestinal microecology of the broilers after being infected by coccidiosis.(2)ComPared with the control grouP,when adding 350mg/kg of tea PolyPhenol to the daily ration,the average daily weight gain increased by 8.82%(P<0.05)and the ratio of feed to gain decreased by7.9%(P<0.05);when adding 500mg/kg of tea PolyPhenol,the average daily weight gain increased by 6.73%(P<0.05)and the ratio of feed to gain decreased by 6.23%(P<0.05),which exPlains that tea PolyPhenol can remarkably Promote the growth Performance of yellow-feathered broilers infected by coccidiosis(P<0.05),but the additive amount and the growth Performance were not in direct ProPortion.(3)ComPared with the control grouP,the test group with tea PolyPhenols cuts down the bloody stool score,and considerablyincreases relative weight gain rate.The ACI of 350mg/kg tea PolyPhenols treatment test grouP and 500mg/kg tea PolyPhenols treatment test grouP are 173.95 and 172.90 resPectively,which suggests that adding tea PolyPhenols to daily ration has an anti-coccidiosis effect on broiler chickens infected by coccidiosis.
