| This test uses a single factor randomized experimental design, experiment management consistent with about 7 days old ephedra 3330 chickens, according to the principle of similar weight were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, each group had 3 replicates and 555 birds per replicate. The experiment was carried out in two stages,7 to 42 and 43 to 62 days. The control group was fed with basal diet, and the experimental group was fed with Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics on the basis of the control diet. The feeding experiment, the production performance of broilers were used for statistical test of ephedra, and slaughter performance of broiler, blood biochemical index, intestinal morphology, intestinal microflora, intestinal immunity, intestinal health indicators were detected to study Clostridium butyricum compound influence of probiotics on growth performance, blood biochemical and ephedra chicken intestinal biochemistry. The results are as follows:Growth performance: compared with the control group, the experimental group of the majority of the relative time will be about 2 days in advance.Compared with the control group, the experimental group of the majority of chicken feces forming, for the cone type, the surface smooth and delicate, soft fluffy,no bad smell. While the control group stool forming rate, diarrhea rate is high, easy to yellow stools. The results showed that the addition of Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics in diet had no significant effect on the growth performance of 2 stages of Ephedra(P>0.05).Among them,7 to 42 days of age, compared with the control group, the experimental group the average daily weight gain were increased by 3.72%,the average daily feed intake decreased by 0.72%;compared with the control group, the experimental group feed weight ratio decreased by 4.83%.43 to 62 days of age, compared with the control group, the experimental group the average daily weight gain were increased by 2.74%;the experimental group increased by 1.51% the average daily feed intake;compared with the control group, the control group feed weight ratio decreased by0.31%.7 to 62 days of age, compared with the control group, the experimental group the average daily weight gain were increased by 3.37%,the average daily feed intake were increased by 0.38%;compared with the control group, the experimental group feed weight ratio decreased by 2.99%.In conclusion, the addition of Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics in diet can improve the growth performance of broilers, but not significantly compared with the control group.Slaughter performance: there were no significant differences in carcass rate, half net bore rate, total net chest rate, chest muscle rate and leg muscle rate between 62 groups(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the experimental group slaughter rate increased, the slaughter rate increased by 1.38%;compared with the control group, half eviscerated rate of the experimental group increased 0.77%,eviscerated rate increased by 0.28%,breast muscle rate decreased by 4.16%,leg muscle rate decreased by 1.33%,the abdominal fat rate increased 19.77%.To sum up,Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics on the 62 day old broiler chickens carcass rate, half net bore rate, the whole net chest rate, abdominal fat rate increased, while the rate of breast muscle and leg muscle rate is reduced. But the difference was not significant.Blood biochemical indexes: There was no significant difference in the total protein, albumin,GOT,GPT,TG,TC between 62 days old(P>0.05).Compared with the control group, the total protein content of the experimental group increased 4.51%,albumin was increased by 0.37%;compared with control group, experimental group GOT increased by 7%,and the GPT is reduced by 1.64%;the experimental group were higher than the control group increased by 9.78% and 10.31% TG and TC value in the experiment. To sum up,the addition of Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics in diet can increase the total protein, albumin,GOT,TG,TC in blood of 62 day old broilers, and can also reduce the blood GPT.But the difference was not significant. The morphology of ileum: the addition of Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics in diet could decrease the height of villus and crypt depth of 62 day old broilers. There was no significant difference between the experimental group and the control group. However, compared with the control group, the villus height and crypt depth of the experimental group decreased,15.56% and 4.10% respectively, and the V/C value decreased by about 11.61%.The effect of Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics in diet on the repair of ileal villi. After HE staining, the intestinal wall of the ileum of each group was clear, and the mucosal epithelial cells were clear and arranged closely. In the control group, the mucosal structure was basically complete, and the intestinal villi were seen to fall off at the top.Compared with the control group, the experimental group structure of intestinal mucosa in broilers is complete, structured, striated border structure of intestinal epithelial surface clear, intestinal villi arranged more closely.Cecal flora: compared with the control group, the number of Lactobacilli in the experimental group increased by 0.49%,while the number of Escherichia coli increased by about 1.27%.Therefore,the addition of Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics can cause a small increase in the number of Lactobacillus and Escherichia coli in the cecum of 62 day old broilers. The content of butyric acid in cecum:In the control group, the content of butyric acid in the experimental group was increased by 11.76%.On the whole, the addition of Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics can cause a significant increase in the content of butyric acid in the cecum of 62 day old broilers, but the difference was not significant(P>0.05).In summary: the addition of Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics in diet increased the growth performance and slaughter index of the Chinese ephedra, and could improve the blood biochemical indexes of the 62 day old broilers.Repair of intestinal morphology. Therefore,Clostridium butyricum compound probiotics have certain value in improving the growth performance and intestinal function of ephedra. |
