With the rapid development of agriculture in our country,the new rice cultivation problems also appeared correspondingly.Because regional distribution of rice cultivation in our country is broad,each region is a great variety of rice planting,soil and water conditions in different rice planting area also have great differences with each other,all these will inevitably lead to different areas of the rice planting space are not identical,therefore,in our country,the new rice cropping system is also appearing correspondly.With long cultivation practice,china's agricultural experts summarize and put forward a new way of planting rice planting of Heads of modernization,the new way of modern planting,which is beneficial to the air flow of the field,can use the extra land field effectively,prevent the late rice mature after lodging phenomenon,effectively improve the rice yield per unit area,but also can effectively reduce rice pests and other disasters occur in the production process.With the emergence of new rice cropping systems,high-speed rice transplanter also put forward higher requirements.In current,high-speed rice transplanter sold on the market was unable to complete adjustable spacing in the process of planting the new planting requirements.Thus,to develop spacing adjustable transplanter which is adapt to the new way of planting has important significance in the future agricultural development in our country.Develop spacing adjustable transplanter,the most critical part is to develop the moving box body which is suitable for the requirements of the structure.The main role of move box body is to realize the machine precise and quantitative,even in the process of planting seedling and pass the power to the seedling and planting mechanism.Therefore,its working reliability directly related to the planting arm's taking plants and the machine's stability during working performance.The main research contents of this thesis are as follows:(1)By comparing the box moving mechanisms' structures and working principles of several types of high speed rice transplanters that commonly used,their advantages and disadvantages were found out;According to different types of rice varieties planting agronomic requirements and adjustable spacing of high-speed rice transplanter function and performance requirements,the right moving box body was chosen.The improvement scheme was proposed on this basis.Then,the key parts of the screw shaft and rotor of the moving box mechanism are designed in detail.(2)On the rotor,stress analysis was carried out on the move box body to find out the basic condition of the rotor,which is not against screw axis double ramp node and move the box body mechanics performance requirements.Using CATIA three-dimensional modeling software,the three-dimensional modeling of the move box body was established,and three kinds of commonly used transitional curve of the screw axises were drawn.(3)Using the ADAMS software to analysis the move box body's dynamic characteristic,three different transition curves of the spiral shaft were input to ADAMS software to separately analyze their dynamic's characteristic,and get the contact force between rotor and screw axis curve under three different transition curve of the screw axis.By contrast,the right curve was chosen as the screw axis double slide transition curve.The chosen transition curve of the screw axis' s statics characteristic was analyzed whether it meet the maximal displacement and modal for vibration.(4)By using the method of multidisciplinary optimization,the rotor was optimized.As a result,it has better mechanical performance during the operation of the move box.Finally,the experimental verification of the optimized rotor was carried out by homemade moving box test bench,as well as field experiments.
