Recently,the occurrence of diseases and insect pests in our country is more frequent,and the occurrence is more abrupt.China has a vast territory and a large number of Hilly and mountainous areas.The planting of crops is characterized by diversity and dispersion.Traditional plant protection machinery operation is not efficient,high labor costs and energy consumption.It is difficult to cope with the outbreak of diseases and insect pests in different growth stages of crops in different growing stages.With the modernization of agriculture in China,the majority of farmers on the automation of plant protection operation,the human body is more and more harmless.Traditional plant protection machinery is more and more difficult to meet the needs of the majority of farmers.Multi rotor UAV is a new plant protection machinery in recent years.The utility model has the advantages of high efficiency,low operation cost,strong adaptability,cross regional operation and greatly reduces the contact with the pesticide in the operation process,and has strong market promotion potential.Multi rotor UAV compared to traditional plant protection machinery,Manufacturing standards are different and the promotion of working years,the promotion of the types of crops,promotion of limited area.As a result of these reasons,this has not formed a mature industry standard.The operation effect has not been widely recognized,which limits the development of multi rotor UAV in our country.The three main factors to measure the effectiveness of the UAV are deposition concentration,droplet deposition uniformity and droplet penetration.It is of great significance to determine and compare the effect of multi rotor UAV on the promotion and application of multi rotor UAV.In this paper,the factors that affect the effectiveness of multi rotor UAV are analyzed.The uncontrollable factors affecting the operation effect were excluded,and the factors influencing the operation effect were analyzed,and the four main factors affecting the multi rotor UAV were determined,operating environment,spray system,flight parameters.Then,according to the independent research and development of3ZSF-8A four axis eight rotor unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV)and 2NH16-10 type eight axis sixteen rotor UAV,the experiment was designed and the field experiment was carried out.In the bench test,carmine was used as tracer.First,Design-Expert8.05 software was used to design the response surface.The flight altitude and flight velocity are taken as variables,and the uniformity of the deposition density is taken as the objective function.The linear regression model for the uniformity of spray solute concentration at different operating altitude and relative flight speed was obtained.The influence of the interaction of various factors on the uniformity of deposition concentration is obtained,which provides a reference for determining the optimal operating parameters.In the early growth of summer soybean field weed simulation test,through three kinds of spray and other local plant protection machinery in soybean fields,compared to work uniformity,which provides theoretical basis for theearly growth period of summer soybean weeding machine.In the late growth stage of summer soybean,field spray test using 2NH16-10 type plant protection unmanned aerial vehicle.The coefficient of variation of droplet deposition concentration and the percentage of droplet deposition on the longitudinal middle collection card were selected as the objective function,flight altitude,flight speed and spray pressure were selected as variables.The orthogonal experiment was designed and carried out by SPSS software.The results show that the effect of each factor on the uniformity of spray is significant and the correlation between them is obtained.The results provide a reference for determining the operating parameters of multi rotor UAV in the middle and late growth period of summer soybean.
