Mango is one of the world's top five tropical fruits, known as "the king of tropical fruit". Its sweet taste, rich in nutrients vitamin A precursor carotene and vitamin C, etc. In addition, the mango leaves, mango seed are rich in physiologically active ingredient and is an important medicinal plants. China is the world's seventh largest producer of mangoes, but breeding is far behind India, the United States and other major producing countries. Mango is highly heterozygous and hybridization, mutation breeding is difficult, time-consuming work and low breeding efficiency. With the rapid development of molecular marker technology, it has been widely used in genetic studies in animals and plants, and can greatly improve the efficiency of breeding.A population of Guifei?Jinhuang and their hybrids were used to construct a linkage map of mango and analyze their genetic diversity from the level of DNA by SRAP, AFLP, ISSR markers. The main results are as follows:(1) 400 SRAP primer pairs,56 pairs of AFLP primers and 100 pairs of ISSR primers were screened, In total,51 SRAP primer pairs,8 pairs of AFLP primers and 15 pairs of ISSR primers showed good polymorphism and stability. It's amplification assays were obtained 512 polymorphic bands. Wherein SRAP marker generate 279 polymorphic bands, AFLP marke generate 212 polymorphic bands, ISSR marker generate 21 marker.(2) Using Joinmap4.0 to analyze the 512 polymorphic markers and construct a genetic map containing 149 SRAP markers,90 AFLP markers and 6 ISSR markers. The map covering 33 linkage groups, the total length of 1561.1cM, with 245 polymorphic markers, the average distance between the markers was 6.37cM.(3) The mango hybrid offspring populations were UPGMA cluster analysis by NTSYS2.10e, the results showed as:the genetic similarity coefficient of the tested material is 0.52 to 0.84, the presence of abundant variations hybrids, especially 10 and 60. In hybrid offspring population, there are 41 representatives of the hybridized exhibited partial Royal Parents'Genetic,42 parts of the offspring showed partial Jinhuang Parents'Genetic,15 parts of the genetic map of the parent material from the larger and showed strong variations.
