An experiment was performed in state key laboratory of crop biology of Shandong Agricultural University, laboratory of protected pomology and horticultural experimental station of Shandong Agricultural Univerisity, with ‘Zhongyoutao 4' peach flower buds as experiment material. MAPK and MAPKK were found through blast function in NCBI database, MEGA 6.0 was used to construct the evolution tree, RT-PCR was used to analyze the expression pattern of MAPK in the period of peach bud dormancy and seed development. The content of ABA and H2O2 were measured during peach flower buds dormancy. In addition, we also study the effect of H2O2 and PD98059 to MAPK, H2O2 content, and enzyme in the period of flower bud dormancy. The main results were as follows:1?In the period of peach bud dormancy, ABA increased at first and then decreased with the release of bud dormancy. ABA was maintained high level in the period of deep dormancy, but it maintained low level in the period of dormancy release. H2O2 showed the same change with ABA, and it increased with bud dormancy development, but it decreased in the period of bud dormancy release.2?There were 15 MAPK and 8 MAPKK in peach, and we divided it into A, B, C, D four groups, and they were expressed in all tissues. 6 MAPK and 4 MAPKK were decreased in the stage of bud dormancy release, and it showed the same change with ABA and H2O2 in the period of bud dormancy. This illustrated that MAPK-related genes played an important roles in the signal transduction of ABA and H2O2, thus resulted in dormancy release.3?H2O2 treatment was no significant effect to the content of H2O2 and the activity of CAT, and promoted the expression of 5 MAPK. PD98059 treatment was also no significant effect to the content of H2O2 and the activity of CAT, and decreased the expression of PpMPK12, PpMPK13,PpMKK4, but there was no significant effect to CAT activity.
