Leafy vegetable planting area is big. However, technology degree of harvest mechanization of fresh green leafy vegetables is low, there is bottleneck of laborious,time-consuming in vegetable production. Starting from the scale of production of vegetables in our country, it is very necessary to develop the harvest mechanization of leafy vegetables. A available harvesting method with stubble and cutting disordered can be used to harvest the leafy vegetables such as small cabbage, but there are problems in harvesting bigger leafy green vegetables such as spinach in the North, there is high stubble, great loss; susceptible to microbial contamination, shelf life is low; loose leaf sale does not conform to the domestic purchase habits, order the whole complete harvesting of spinach more in line with the national conditions of our country. For the growth of spinach is complex and the texture of spinach is fresh, in the harvest process stems and leaves of spinach are prone to mechanical damage,scattered disorder and other problems, The mechanical harvesting of spinach is difficult, and the special harvesting machinery is very little.Aiming at the problem that the spinach is easy to be damaged,mechanical damage,disorder and disorder in the harvest period, in this paper, the whole plant harvesting process of spinach was studied. The experiment was carried out with spinach at harvest time as material,to mensurate the biomechanical properties of spinach. After getting the biomechanical properties of the root and stem leaf, construct the bionic harvesting methods of the root soil shovel and the stem and leaf, in order to realize the whole harvest of the whole plant. The whole plant mechanical harvesting test rig was designed and used to study the whole plant harvest of green leaf vegetables. The EDEM discrete element simulation was carried out, analysis of soil resistance change of different blade form under different working conditions, the dynamic process of shoveling and cutting roots; the single factor and multi factor orthogonal spinach harvest test by high-speed camera to ground cut in real time; with the high accuracy digital dynamometer, the monitoring of recovery device of floating pulling force, To harvest test recovery rate and the damage rate as the evaluation index, spinachwhole tree harvesting machinery test bed the best harvest parameter combinations, that provides theoretical basis and reference data for the development of spinach whole plant harvester.
