| In the apple production process, with the increasing of tree age, the yield reducing, quality declining after full bearing period, as a result, the old orchard has to be updated. In the process of apple orchard overall updating or updating step by step, there will be a phenomenon that the new planting seedling grows slowly, root system stunted, the plant fails to grow or even dead, which is academic called Apple continuous cropping obstacles also called Replant Diseases. Research about solution of Apple cropping obstacles deepening, which focusing on the soil of continuous cropping to kill harmful microorganisms, soil treatment in various ways, as well as soil improvement with beneficial microorganisms. But little study on fungicides united with plant growth regulator applied on new planting seedling in Continuous cropping soil. This research made full use of fungicide carbendazim by inhibiting the activity of Fusarium the main soil pathogens, combined with plant growth regulators which can promote growth of root and plant, enhance tree vigor. It can both improve the soil environment and regulate plant growth to ease Apple continuous cropping obstacles to maximum extent.Based on preliminary research results about carbendazim, sodium nitrophenolate and fresh amine ester used alone to alleviate the problem of Apple continuous cropping obstacles in laboratory and the practical applications of carbendazim in the field soil treatment.This research paper mainly studied the influence of carbendazim with sodium nitrophenolate or DA-6 administered in combination in the culture conditions of Fusarium culture filtrate and under pot continuous cropping soil conditions on Malus Seedlings, focusing on Roots implications in corresponding conditions for soil fungicide and plant growth regulator administered in combination to solve the problem of continuous cropping obstacle of Apple to provide a scientific basis and technical reference.1. Through laboratory hydroponic experiment of fusarium oxysporum filtrate, studied the best use of concentrations of carbendazim with sodium nitrophenolate or DA-6 administered in combination under conditions of Fusarium leachate for growth-promoting and regulation of Malus seedling roots. Screening results showed that carbendazim 20 mg ai / L, with sodium nitrophenolate 2.5 mg ai / L or DA-6 5 mg ai / L administered in combination can significantly increase biomass plant height, root length, leaf area of Malus Seedlings in the fusarium oxysporum culture filtrate. Carbendazim can kill Fusarium in the fusarium oxysporum culture filtrate, and after combination with sodium nitrophenolate and DA-6, can significantly improve activity of superoxide dismutase( SOD), peroxidase(POD), protective enzymes catalase(CAT) of Malus seedlings root system under fusarium oxysporum culture filtrate and can significantly reduced malondialdehyde(MDA) content. After carbendazim with nitrophenolate or DA-6 administered in combination can promote growth of Malus Seedlings in fusarium oxysporum culture filtrate, improve defense capabilities of seedlings, strengthen resistance ability to reduce the extent of root damage, lower membrane lipid peroxidation level of root cell, seedling growth was significantly improved.2.Through a pot experiment of field environment,studied the regulating effect of different concentrations of carbendazim with sodium nitrophenolate or DA-6 administered in combination on Malus seedling growth under continuous cropping condition. Biomass measurement results showed that: Ttreatments of Carbendazim 1 g ai / kg soil, with sodium nitrophenolate 0.01 g ai / kg soil or DA-6 0.02 g ai / kg soil administered in combination works best, can significantly increase plant height, stem, root fresh weight of Malus seedlings under continuous cropping condition; Compared with treatment of continuous cropping soil, the Malus seedlings,plant height, stem, and roots fresh weight of the treatment of carbendazim and sodium nitrophenolate 0.01 g ai / kg soil administered in combination increase 23.8%, 38.3% and 28.2% Compared with treatment of continuous cropping soil, the Malus seedlings,plant height, stem, and roots fresh weight of the treatment of carbendazim andda-6 0.02 g ai / kg soil administered in combination increase 21.3%, 37.1% and 26.7%;While treatment of carbendazim used alone,plant height, stem, and roots fresh weight were increased by 14.0%, 24.3% and 13.2%, compared with treatment of continuous cropping soil. The results showed that treatments of co-administration is more effective than fungicides used alone, can play a significant role in promoting growth. Measurement results of protective enzyme activity of root showed that carbendazim with sodium nitrophenolate or DA-6 administered in combination can improve Malus seedlings,root activity, soluble protein content, chlorophyll content, and the activity of main protective enzyme such as superoxide dismutase(SOD), enzymes peroxidase(POD) and catalase(CAT) under continuous cropping conditions and can significantly reduce content of peroxidation product malondialdehyde(MDA). |
