Growth and reproduction are important life events in the history life of plants.The reproduce process is a direct response to the species regeneration process.It is one of the basic phenomena of all living things.Plants in the life history of the reproductive process,various natural or man-made and environmental factors are the cause of reproductive phenology,reproductive allocation,sub generation seed characteristics change,that is,the formation of the specific reproductive strategies.Reproductive strategy reflects the species to the environment of evolutionary adaptation.The reproductive strategy reflects the evolutionary adaptation of the species to the environment.Oryza sativa is one of the most important food in China.In recent years,there have been more and more "lead or cadmium Oryza sativa" in our life.Pb and Cd have been accumulated in Oryza sativa body,It will affect the growth and reproduction of Oryza sativa,and change the reproductive strategy,Even can endanger animal and human health through the food chain.Therefore,the study on the effects of Pb and Cd stress on Oryza sativa reproductive strategy can provide practical guidance for the study of Oryza sativa production under heavy metal pollution.At the same time,it can make people understand the inherent law of heavy metal pollution on plant reproductive strategy better,and ultimately provide theoretical basis for improving the living standard of the people.In my study,we take the Oryza sativa(Jinongda 809)as the raw material.By the study on the effects of the different concentrations of heavy metals Cd and Pb stress on the Oryza sativa plant height,tiller,the organ dry weights and biomass allocation,easy fast reproduction allocation,the Pb and Cd content in the different organs of Oryza sativa,seed number and yield.To explore the reproductive phenology,reproductive allocation,sub generation seed characteristics of Oryza sativa under the heavy metal Cd and Pb stress.And then,to research the effects of heavy metals Pb and Cd stress on Oryza sativa reproductive strategy.The results showed that the low concentration of Pb and Cd stress had little effect on Oryza sativa reproductive strategies,Oryza sativa showed strong anti Pb and Cd ability.But high concentrations of Pb and Cd had a serious influence on Oryza sativa reproductive strategy.The specific performance: Oryza sativa dwarf in plant height,tiller number was reduced,the dry weight decreased,the seed setting rate of Oryza sativa decreased,the decrease of Oryza sativa yield and even higher concentrations of heavy metals lead to Oryza sativa plant death.At the same time,the experiment showed that under the Pb and Cd stress,the ability of absorbing heavy metals in Oryza sativa roots are the highest,and the seeds are the weakest.Under the conditions of resource limitation,the Oryza sativa increased the proportion of reproductive allocation,and this increase is not equal to the proportion.It explains that in the process of Oryza sativa growth,the Oryza sativa will maximize the change of its reproductive strategy,in order toachieve its suitability in the living environment,and adapt to the heavy metal environment better.
