In the process of crop, pest control is a very difficult problem.Various current plant protection machinery utilization is relatively low, poor performance, pest has not been strictly controlled, resulting in a variety of crop yield and quality decline, the study targeted plant protection machinery without delay, and now the family farm diversification planting specialized cooperative organizations and agricultural service diversification, but low utilization of large-scale plant protection machinery, plant protection machinery multi-functional deficiencies.Therefore, the development of a set of spray rod, tunnel,imitation form multifunctional self-propelled sprayer along with the spray pattern of the structure into three kinds, air-assisted anti-drift and other functions, is of great significance.The issue on the basis of a lot of research and reading literature on the design of a tractor with three agencies to carry Trinity multifunction sprayer.Trinity Multifunctional sprayer operates in three primary states, namely: spray rod spray pattern, tunnel spray pattern and the spray pattern in the form of imitation.The aircraft will be assisted by air spray nozzle atomization of liquid secondary finer droplet formation, forced blowing target plants, and the plants were disturbed to improve the droplet of target performance, penetration and use of pesticides rate.Trinity Multifunctional sprayer can work on a machine, improve machine utilization anniversary, by improving pesticide dosage and uniform distribution of the liquid to reduce wastage and protect the ecological environment.The main contents of this paper include: Trinity multifunction sprayer to determine the overall program, including diesel engines, gasoline engines, centrifugal fans, hydraulic motors,diaphragm, retractable fold lose duct, hydraulic and electric putter selection and design;Using three-dimensional design Software Solidworks designs a three in one multifunctional spray frame. After the key components of the frame parallel connections of parallelogram structure and a spray bar frame with ANSYS software optimization analysis and field trial,indicating that the Trinity multifunctional rack can meet the requirements of field work.; use electric putter ADAMS software displacement, stress simulation analysis to determine the most suitable electric putter; using finite element ANSYS 14.0 software to hydraulic stress deformation analysis to ensure smooth horizontal motion; using FLUENT CFD software to design three spray modes internal air curtain flow field simulation to determine the optimum speed according to the simulated outlet design.According to the design plan and a lot of theoretical analysis, prototype machining wholetrial, and the performance test machine.The results showed that: the boom spray pattern when the wind than no wind droplet deposition volume increase by 13.7% coefficient of variation decreased 12.6%; tunnel under the spray pattern when the wind than the droplet deposition amount when there is no wind to improve the 26.5% coefficient of variation decreased 11.7%;under the form of imitation spray pattern than when no wind when the wind droplet deposition amount increase 32.1%, the coefficient of variation decreased 24.8%;Spray rod type spray pattern under foliar attachment solution rate was 65.6%, foliaceous back liquid attachment rate was 43.6%, under the model of tunnel type spray foliar attachment solution rate was 52.2%, foliaceous back liquid attachment rate was 37.8%, imitation form spray pattern foliar attachment solution rate was 60.5%, foliaceous back liquid attachment rate was38.9%, the prototype of liquid good adhesion;The average diameter of droplet under wind condition when the 82.6um, the average diameter of the droplets in the wind conditions for108.5um.
