This test is mainly to explore the effects of different fattening days and selenium sources on fattening performance pigeon meat selenium content and antioxidant capacity? Respectively 210 14-day-old pigeon and 210 21-day-old pigeon were randomly divided into 7 groups, according to the group by adding different concentrations of pigeon diets (0,0.1,0.3,0.5mg/ kg) of nano-selenium and selenium yeast artificial fattening two weeks and one week. The results obtained are as follows??The basic addition of different selenium sources had no effect on the production performance of pigeon. ?Both yeast selenium or selenium nanoparticles in 21 day old fattening a week of pigeon production performance is better than fattening the age of 14, two weeks of pigeon trend. ?21-day-old pigeon fattening one week group add 0.3,0.5 mg/kg inside the young pigeon easier than at nanometer selenium yeast selenium deposits. ?Adding different selenium source for young pigeon meat of other trace elements (iron, zinc) deposit basic no effect. ?21-day-old fattening one week pigeon serum antioxidant capacity to some extent better than 14-day-old pigeon fattening two weeks. ?14-day-old group to add 0.3mg/kg GSH-PX vitality yeast selenium group was significantly higher than that of nanometer selenium group; Add a serum total antioxidant capacity 0.5mg/kg nano-selenium group was significantly higher than the yeast selenium group; Different sources of selenium has no effect on the content of MDA and T-SOD vitality.21-day-old group to add 0.5mg/kg nano-selenium group GSH-PX activity and total antioxidant capacity was significantly higher than that of yeast selenium group. Different sources of selenium had no effect on serum T-SOD activity and CAT activity and MDA content.
