The flower color of Cockscomb changes from yellow to various shades of red,and inflorescence of the plant present Coronary,or a variety of forms.The experience is on account of two kinds of typical cockscomb behaved as chimera and polymorphic.With typical chimeric characteristics,chimera is breeding,what has red and green leaves,red and yellow flowers and red and yellow petals on the same plant,especially this Phenotypic trait can propagation of seeds so that the plant is a kind of model material used as chimeras research.The inflorescence of a cockscomb plant appear spikes,coronary and phoenix,in turn.The research of two typical cockscomb about plant growth and development,physiological metabolism,the role of epigenetic and create rare characteristic species has important value.On the basis of existing conclusions,The experiment are gm,cytology and molecular biology of exploration on cockscomb.The result shows:(1)The cytochrome P450 gene could be amplified in the DNA and cDNA which was extracted from the red cockscomb and the red part of the chimeric cockscomb.But the situation was completely opposite in the yellow part of the chimeric cockscomb,however the promoter of this gene could amplification from these material.(2)There were some lagging chromosomes and chromosome bridges in the root tip cells of the cockscomb chimera.Homologous chromosome pairing phenomenon was observed in mitosis prophase of the root tip cells of the cockscomb chimera.Therefore,we concluded a mechanism of forming typical chimeric cockscomb,it based on a monomer-somatic chromosome pairing and cytochrome P450 gene specific expression.(3)the young ear of purered,pure yellow coronary cockscomb inducing callus via 3%sucrose +0.75%AGAR + MS + 4 mg/1 6-BA + 0.4 mg/1 NAA,directly by gm of the young ear to identify the effect of cytochrome P450(CYP76AD4)gene.There are different types of plant inflorescence,the differences not only show the plant flower pattern,also can reveal the genetic relationship among different plants and the evolution of the system development process.This experimental materials from coronary cockscomb?feather cockscomb and Vietnam red three strains multiple of hybrid,has the potential of development for coronary,spicate and Phoenixtail inflorescence.Combining with the field observations,the result of the cockscomb inflorescence development can be guesses.The inflorescence morphological character of cockscomb both regulate by internal gene,also influenced by the outside environment in the same genomic conditions.(2)The expression of this gene is regulated by temperature,light and other environmental changes,which can be expressed by epigenetic phenomena.(3)Spikes appear in light care about time 11h,temperature 30? conditions.With the illumination time is shortened and the temperature decrease,inflorescence gene express affected,shaped of cockscomb inflorescence gradually show.(4)In addition,the position of Inflorescence branches also can influence the shape of inflorescence.The inflorescence development of plants mainly regulated by LFY and TFL1 and MADS-box three types of gene.The LFY homologous genes amplified in the cockscomb detected and identified preliminary.
