Helianthus annuus L., an annual herbage, belongs to Helianthus L. of Asteraeeae, Asterales, Compositae which is mainly distributed in Northwest China, Northeast China and Inner Mongolia. The country of origin is North America. It is the main oil crops and food crops. Homoeosoma nebulellum Denis et Schiffer belongs to Homoeosoma Curtis of Pyralidae, Lepidoptera. It is the main pests which has severely occurred in Hei Longjiang, Ji Lin, Inner Mongolia and Xin Jiang Province in Chinalt has posed a grave threat to the local resources so that it attracted people's attention. The study is to determine the semiochemicals that are effective on host selection by analysis of host tree volatiles profile?identify the nformation on chemical substances by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis and detect electrophysiological responses of these extracts by gas chromatography mass spectrometry (GC-MS) analysis for providing the basis for the development of new ways of the prevention of Homeosoma nebulellum. In this paper,32 compounds and other 18 compounds have isolated by GC-MS combined with technical analysis using methylene chloride and ethanol as solvent. The two agents extract contained different chemical compositions in which there were 5 common compounds, namely 1,2-epoxy octadecane,2 nineteen oxazolidinone,(3E,7E)-4,7-methyl-3,7-decadiene-5,6-diol,1-benzoylaceto ne and 1-aminopiperidine. The common compounds accounted for 20.85% and 40.09% of the total extractrespectively. Because the research on mechanism of pollen in sunflower were less and the small molecular substances could speculate the important information of substances in host plants, determining the main components of sunflower and changes can provide a theoretical basis.EAG reaction showed different responses to different compounds.It showed a trend that with concentration gradually increase. The highest response of Ethyl citrate and Hexanal was detected at the concentration of 10%. For the same compound, each concentration of gradient hexanal have reached a significantlevel. Afterthe LSD multiple comparison,10% concentration is the most significant difference in the concentration gradient.
