Soil, live layer of vegetation above ground litter layer and underground part of the vegetation are the 4 carbon reservoir of grassland ecosystem, they makes up of grassland ecosystem together.Based on the biomass and organic carbon content of measured data, accurate estimating carbon storage of grassland ecosystem and analyzes the characteristics of ecological chemometrics are the crucial. In this study,18 typical plant communities of Hulun Buir grassland were taken as the studying object, and through field investigate to collect all the typical plant communities above the ground layer living, litter communities, underground part of communities and the 0?10 cm?10?20 cm,20?30 cm?30?40 cm soil layer of soil samples, combined with the laboratory experiment analysis, determination of the biomass of the sample, bulk density, organic carbon content, total nitrogen and total phosphorus content.Mainly solves the following aspects:1?Based on the biomass and organic carbon content of measured data,Calculate the different plant community types of soil, the above ground dominant species of plant, litter layer and vegetation of underground part on unit area of organic carbon storage and comparative analysis.2?Studied the all the typical plant communities above the ground layer living, litter communities, underground part of communities and the 0?10 cm,10?20 cm,20?30 cm,30?40 cm soil layer of soil samples of organic carbon (C), total nitrogen (N) and total phosphorus content (P) the characteristics of chemometrics. The results show1.18 kinds of typical the dominant species plant community, litter and underground part on unit area of organic carbon storage between the 14.36 g/m2?76.63 g/m2,9.51 g/m2?47.29 g/m2, and 107.78 g/m2?598.69 g/m2 respectively in the study area. Correlation analysis showed that the 18 kinds of typical plant community on unit area of organic carbon storage was significantly positive correlated with biomass (P< 0.05).2. In 0?40 cm layer containing organic carbon storage is between 6.77 kg/m2 and 17.62 kg/m2,with an average of 11.24 kg/m2.In 0?20 cm layer containing organic carbon storage accounted for the largest in 0?40 cm, its up to 70% in 18 types of communities. Shows that the main distribution of soil organic carbon on per unit area in the topsoil in research area, with the increase of the depth of soil showed the trend is reducing. The study also found that there are differences of the soil organic carbon storage between different community types and same soil layer.3. N content is between 13.34 g/kg and 33.60 g/kg, with an average of 13.43 g/kg; P content is between 0.86 g/kg and 3.12 g/kg, with an average of 1.81 g/kg; C content is between 389.3 g/kg and 489.7g/kg, with an average of 443.1 g/kg. In 18 dominant species of plant. Regression analysis shows that the advantages of 18 kinds of plant between N content and P content has a positive correlation. Its ecological stoichiometric ratio overall performance for C:P> C:N> N:P, the average was 278.99?37.58 and 7.7, respectively. C content in the leaf were higher than in stem of 18 dominant species, but the N content and P content of some leaf is high, while others stem content is high, does not appear unified regularity.4. Litter of N content is between 7.914 g/kg and 15.53 g/kg, P content is between 0.465 g/kg and 1.586 g/kg, C content is between 280.4 g/kg and 465 g/kg.In 18 different plant community types:The underground part of N content is between 5.78 g/kg and 12.10 g/kg, P content is between 0.416 g/kg and 5.939 g/kg, C content is between 296.7 g/kg and 478 g/kg.5.18 kinds of typical plant community types of 0-40 cm soil average content of organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus between 13.7 g/kg?43.7 g/kg,0.56?2.71 g/kg and 0.20 g/kg?0.88 g/kg. Its distribution features present in the same community types is different between different soil layer, the trend is down from a surface soil gradually reduce, and the same content of soil organic carbon, total nitrogen and total phosphorus and its stoichiometric ratio are different between different communities.
