This experiment was conducted to study the different levels of Perilla seed mash on performances, lipid index, immune function of local layer chicken.The aim is to provide a theoretical reference application in poultry production.360 laying hens at 28 weeks old local layer chickens were selected with similar body weight and laying period were randomly divided into 4 groups, with 3 replications with 30 chickens in each replicate. The group lwas the control group, fed with basal diet,2,3,4 groups in the basal diet was supplemented with 1%,2%,3% after processing the perilla seed, a 8 week feeding trial (pre feeding one week).Each chicken was fixed intake 83.33g/d, production performance indicators were obtained:average egg production, egg laying rate, average egg weight, feed/egg ratio, hatchable egg rate, egg weight, eggshell strength, egg shell thickness, egg shape index, thick albumen height, Haugh unit; determination associated with lipid metabolism indexes:serum total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein, low density lipoprotein cholesterol, egg yolk, egg yolk triglyceride determination; related to immune function indicators:total protein, albumin, globulin ratio, H5 avian influenza antibody titer, H9 avian influenza antibody titer, Newcastle disease antibody titer.The experimental results are as follows:1 Effects of perilla seed on production performance of adding perilla seed: can improve the production performance of laying hens,3 treatment groups of average egg production was significantly higher than that in other groups (P< 0.05), the laying rate, average egg weight, feed/egg ratio, hatchable egg rate, the experimental group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P < 0.05); egg quality, in addition to the 3 treatment group of egg weight and egg shell strength was significantly higher than that in other groups (P< 0.05), there was no significant difference in other indexes, but with the increase of perilla seed addition level, all the indicators had a tendency to rise.2 Effects of perilla seed on lipid indexes:blood lipids:the 2 treatment groups were no significant differences in lipid parameters control,3 treatment groups compared with the control group and the group of 4 indicators, there were significant differences (P< 0.05),3,4 treatment groups in the serum levels of total cholesterol, triglyceride, high density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05), and with the increase of adding perilla seed, is on the rise, low density lipoprotein cholesterol were significantly lower than those of control group, and with the increase of adding perilla seed, a downward trend; egg yolk cholesterol fat:the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05),2 egg yolk triglyceride group had no significant difference with control group,3,4 treatment groups of egg yolk triglyceride were significantly lower than those in the control group (P< 0.05), and with the increase of perilla seed addition level, compared with the control group, each index showed a downward trend; enzyme activity:1,2 treatment groups of FAS activity had no significant difference,3,4 treatment groups of enzyme activity was significantly lower than that of FAS (P< 0.05) in the control group, the experimental group were significantly lower than those of HMG-CoA enzyme activity (P< 0.05) in control group.3 Effects of perilla seed on immune function:immune protein:the experimental group total protein were significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05), there were no significant difference between the 4 groups of albumin, globulin ratio was significantly higher than that in other groups (P< 0.05),1,2,3 groups had no significant difference than the white ball, but the test group than in the control group, there is an upward trend; antibody titer:3,4 groups of serum H5, H9 avian influenza antibody titers were significantly higher than those in the control group (P< 0.05), the titer of antibody of avian influenza type H5 2 group was significantly higher than that of the control group (P< 0.05), while there was no significant difference between groups.The above conclusions showed that:2% perilla seed could improve the production performance of local chicken, reduce blood fat, protein and fat and yolk cholesterol increased the body immunity ability.
