An experiment was conducted to study the effects of lactulose replacing antibiotics in diet onproduction performance, slaughter performance, immune organ index, intestinal bacteria and ileal organicacids, that evaluate the possibility and mechanism of lactulose replacing feed antibiotics. One hundred eighty one-day-old yellow chicken were randomized into five treatment group (3replicates per group and12chickens per replicate). Grouping situation:positive control group was fed withdiet added with antibiotics (0.03%Nosiheptide+0.025%Colistin sulfate premix); Negative control groupwas fed with basal diet. Birds in the trial group I,II and III were fed with diet supplemented with0.5%,1%,1.5%lactulose, respectively. Used cage polyculture of male and female, according to conventional immune, feeding and management, and with the specified time measurement production performance. In45d,77d,select test chicken for slaughter test, the production performance, slaughter performance, immune organindex, protein content of intestinal mucosa, intestinal contents of bacteria, and lysozyme, duodenal mucousmembrane proteins SIgA (secretory type immune globulin A) content, organic acid concentration in ilealcontents index were measured, respectively. Results:(1)81d each group the average weight(kg) were2.72,2.66,2.75,2.41,2.76, and the difference was not significant (P>0.05). The feed conversion ratio were2.67,2.66,2.59,2.76,2.65in the8-81d respectively, and there were no significant difference (P>0.05), the trailⅠ, Ⅲ group of feed conversion ratio are lower than positive control group and negative control group.dietary lactulose were added0.5%,1%,1.5%lactulose substitution antibiotics, the body weight of81dYellow Chicken, feed conversion ratio, carcass quality and other indicators between the groups were nosignificant difference (P>0.05).(2) In45d,77d, the trial I, II, III group of thymus weight, thymus index, bursa of fabricius weight, bursa of fabricius index were slightly lower than positive control group andnegative in control group (P>0.05).(3) In45d, the trial Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ group of duodenum contents bacterianumber higher than positive control group were1.67%(P <0.01),1.57%(P <0.01),1.08%(P <0.01), slightly higher than negative control group (P>0.05); Jejunum content bacteria number higher thanpositive control group were0.77%(P <0.05),0.97%(P <0.05), and0.97(P <0.05), higher than negativecontrol group were0.97%(P <0.05),1.16%(P <0.01),1.16%(P <0.01); Ileum content bacterial numberhigher than positive control group were0.97%(P <0.05),2.24%(P <0.01),1.17%(P>0.05). In77d, thetrail I, II, III group of duodenum, Jejunum contents bacteria number were higher than the positive controlgroup (P>0.05), slightly lower than negative in control group (P>0.05).(4) In45d, the trail II, III groupof duodenum, jejunum, ileum mucous membrane proteins lysozyme content were lower than positive andnegative control group, and were significantly lower than trail I group. In77d, the trail I, II, III group ofduodenum, jejunum, ileum mucous membrane proteins lysozyme content were significantly lower thanpositive control group and negative control group (P <0.05), and fed with diet supplemented with0.5%lactulose group of small intestinal mucosa proteins lysozyme content was better than the rest of the trailgroup.(5) Total organic acid concentrations of the trail I, II, III group were lower than the positive controlgroup(P>0.05), higher than the negative control group (P>0.05), adding lactulose substitution YellowChicken feed antibiotics can be increased ileum content of malic acid, acetic acid, succinic acid, citric acid, propionic acid, butyric acid and total organic acid concentration. Evaluation of the Yellow Chicken81dproduction performance, slaughter characteristics and immune function,0.5%with added lactulosesubstitution Yellow Chicken feed antibiotics is possible. Replaced with lactulose in the diet Yellow Chickenfeed antibiotics to improve animal immune function, and promote the health of gut has the positive role.
