Under the condition of present protection mode, the tidal enclosure aquaculture is still one of the reasons which cause reducing of mangrove area. To solve the livelihood and reduce poverty is an important way to make mangrove protection from passive to active around the world. Chinese black sleeper (Bostrychus sinensis) is a kind of warm-water and wide-salt economic fish living in shallow sea, which meat is so delicious, and which vitality is so strong that it is more and more favor by the farmers in recent years. This study mainly in farming Chinese black sleeper in "Underground tube eco-farming conservation system", to provide the basis for future breeding management by exploring its growth performance, food source and muscle the nutrients content.The study divide Chinese black sleeper those weight were 33.84±10.46g into three groups, and cultivated them in "Underground tube eco-farming conservation system". Each group was cultivated in dimensional size are 3 meters long,2 meters wide,1.5 meters high management window independently from April 20,2014 to October 10,2014, set group I the breeding density as 1.11kg/m3, low bait casting; group? breeding density as 1.67kg/m3, middle bait casting; group III breeding density as 2.78kg/m3,. high bait casting. Collected 10 Chinese black sleeper each group, and on the spot took each tail fish's body length, body width, body weight, and then make records on May 5, May 31, June 30, July 29, August 28 and October 10. Anatomied them in the lab, remove the organs, and dry, then took net weight of them, take their stomach used as stomach content analysis, take the muscles of back,dried, grinded for determination of stable isotopes to explore summary of utilization of Chinese black sleeper for the natural bait which go into through exchange of riser pipe network system. At the end of cultivation, make muscle moisture content, crude protein, crude fat, and amino acids take a comparative with Chinese black sleeper which cultivated in pond and lived naturally.Before the first 100 days after Seedling, under the condition of breeding density of 2.78kg/m3,10% of their body weight bait casting, growth performance of Chinese black sleeper was the best, and growth rates were the highest. The growth rate of growth performance index is lowest under the condition of breeding density of 1.1 lkg/m3,3% of their body weight bait casting. 73 days before appear on the market, growth rates total body length, weight, net weight of Chinese black sleeper were the highest under the condition of breeding density of 1.11kg/m3,5% of their body weight bait casting, and the lowest under the condition of breeding density of 2.78kg/m3,12% of their body weight bait casting. For the whole cultivation, both growth performance and growth rates were the best performance.According to the result of stomach contains analysis, crabs, shrimp, fish and shellfish enter in the under tube system through exchange standpipe of the system could be used by Chinese black sleeper cultivated in the system. These natural baits could be seem in Chinese black sleeper's stomach more frequently before June 30 than after, the rate of natural baits appearation even to 0.Results of Stable isotope show that crabs, shrimp, fish and shellfish enter in the under tube system through exchange standpipe of the system could indeed be used by Chinese black sleeper cultivated, and result of natural bait and artificial bait's contribution to Chinese black sleeper were different from stomach contains analysis. From seedlings to May31 and from July 29 to October 10 these two growth stage, result of stable isotope show that the contribution rate of natural bait to Chinese black sleeper was group ?> group ?group ?, and from May 31 to June 30 was group ?> group ?> group ?, from June 30 to July 29 was group ?> group ?> group ?.Muscle protein content of Chinese black sleeper cultivated in under tube system was significantly higher than which cultivated in pond and lived naturally ones, it is only one who within the scope of the best content of 3.5%? 4.5% which meat with people's "high protein, low fat" taste preferences. Muscle moisture content of Chinese black sleeper of each group was not significantly different. Muscle total amino acids content of Chinese black sleeper cultivated in under tube system was a little higher than which cultivated in pond, and a little lower than which lived naturally, and total essential amino acids content was higher than both Chinese black sleeper cultivated in pond and lived naturally. Flavor of Chinese black sleeper cultivated in under tube system was better than which cultivated in pond, and approach to lived naturally ones.Experimental results show that Chinese black sleeper cultivated in "Underground tube eco-farming conservation system" could use natural bait which enter the system through exchange standpipe of the system, reduce the bait feeding amount can promote its use of natural bait. Flavor of Chinese black sleeper cultivated in under tube system was better than which cultivated in pond, and approach to lived naturally ones. Use "Underground tube eco-farming conservation system" to cultivate Chinese black sleeper could really obtain certain economic benefits without destruction of mangroves.
