| Animal growth and development is effected by quality of fodder to some extent. Fodder adding flavors can not only improve the quality and palatability of fodder and stimulate the appetite of pig, but also the particular composition of flavors can stimulate the gastrointestinal tract of animals, increase the amount of gastric juice secretion and promote animal digestion. The test selects four kinds of flavors to explore the effect on piglet growth and development, etc., and the test includes two aspects.Test one aimed at the effects on flover A, flover B, flover C and D on preference of piglets. A tatal of 48 dual (Large White×Landrace) weaned piglets (which had good condition and similar weight at 28 days old) were randomly arranged into 4 groups with 4 replicates per group and 3 piglets per replicate.Piglets were freed to choose fodder, and every group diet included control groups and experimental groups.Every day spout position must be exchanged and fodder consumption need be settled.Test period was 5 day. The results showed as follows: Flavor A on weaned piglets was moderate preference. Flavor B and C had good resistance preference, preference with Flover C was the highest; Flover D was between secondary and higher preference;Test two aimed at the effects of flover A, flover B, flover C and D on growth performance, serum biochemical indices, nutrient digestibility and fecal microbial flora of piglets. A total of 120 large white weaning piglets were randomly arranged into 4 groups with 3 replicates per group and 8 weaning piglets per replicate. Control group was fed a basal diet.Experimental groups A was fed the basal diets supplemented with flover A. Experimental groups B was fed the basal diets supplemented with flover B. Experimental groups C was fed the basal diets supplemented with flover C. Experimental groups D was fed the basal diets supplemented with flover D.Experimental period was 28 days. The results showed as follows:(1) Compared with control group,ADG of flover B and C group had significant difference (P<0.05) Compared with control group, F/G of flover B, C and D group had significant difference (P<0.05).(2) Compared with control group, CCK of flover C group had significant difference (P<0.05). Compared with control group, leptin of flover D group had significant difference (P<0.05).(3) Compared with control group, the apparent digestibility of P and CP had significant difference between the group (P<0.05). Compared with control group, the apparent digestibility of CP of flover A and D groups had significant difference (P<0.05). (4) Compared with control group,The colibacillus of flover C group had significant difference (P <0.05). The conclusion was as follow. Flavor can enhance the weaning piglets’ feed conversion ratio and improve growth performance of weaning piglets. Flavor can significantly improve the apparent digestibility of P and Ca, Flavor can promote piglet breeding net. The most effective flover of fodder was fiover C. |
