In this study,we focus on the difference between the Pteridium aquilinum which grows on the experimental ground and in the condition-control box with laboratory situation.By using LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system we tested the change of physiological functions and ecological character on the naturally growing group ,further more we researched the regulate reaction of Pteridium aquilinum on environmental factors,including CO2 concentration, Photosynthetic active Radiation and the change of Air temperature,the result is shown following:The daily change of net photosynthetic rate of naturally growing group in May and June demonstrated as single peak and this group can not be examined to have any midday depression of photosynthesis,however,the June group has stronger photosynthetic rate and shows earlier photosynthetic rate than May group,which means Pteridium aquilinum grows faster during June.There are several parameter have different affection on Net photosynthetic rate, Stomatal conductance and Transpiration rate.Among all the parameters Photosynthetic active Radiation has the most effective affection. Stomatal Conductance is the most stable charter which has less change by the environmental factors.In the experimental condition, Pteridium aquilinum Net photosynthetic rate increase by Photosynthetic active Radiation increase,and Lightcompensation pointis 50μmol·m-2·s-1 Light saturation point is 400μmol·m-2·s-1.It tells Pteridium aquilinum has character of Shade plants.In the practical production it should be considered.During the change of temperature Pteridium aquilinum Net photosynthetic rate changes as well.The optimal temperature for 1-5 days is ,during the time from the sixth days till primordial leaf is 23℃. CO2 concentration increasing can not only speed the Net photosynthetic rate up but also can intensify the efficiency of energy of light.Pteridium aquilinum's CO2 compensation point is 50μmol·mol-1and CO2saturation point in the first 5 days it is 400μmol·mol-1, during the time from the sixth days till primordial leaf is 500μmol·mol-1,as mentioned all above CO2 should be used as a kind of fertilizer.
