This paper choose typical cotton region in the arid areas of Xinjiang Korla. two years of field experiment, cotton planting machine is adopted in this study mode in different growth stage after water fertilizer control strategy of cotton plant nutrient uptake, population structure, cotton leaves and yield, the effect of clear pattern shape is suitable for mechanical harvesting plant-type structure of water control measures, in order to improve machine pick cotton cotton under the mode of production, improve the efficiency of mechanical recovery, increase the rate of mechanical mining net to provide the reference. The main conclusions are as follows:(1) Nitrogen supply relatively plentiful, in growth period by nitrogen regulation and pick up cotton machine in the whole growth period of stage- the demand for nutrients during the blooming period, the biggest absorb N accounted for 83.22%~83.22% of total N uptake during whole growth period of cotton, absorb P2O5 accounted for 73.07%~73.07% of total P2O5, absorption of K2 O accounted for 79.08% ~ 79.08% of total K2 O, nutrient uptake during whole growth period showed increased slowly, then rapidly after the trend of increase, cotton leaves from seedling stage to the stage of nutrient absorption rate is slow, from stage to stage absorption rate increases quickly during the blooming period, At full-boll stage nutrient absorption rate reaches its peak period, so that the machine pick cotton yield. So, choose the appropriate amount of nitrogen in the growth period through the appropriate nitrogen regulation can effectively play the machine adopt the growth period of cotton fine fertilization strategy of increasing yield..(2) Nitrogen supply relatively plentiful, machine adopt the growth period of cotton planting mode through nitrogen regulation of super-high-yield cotton leaves per unit area to absorb the amount of N, P2O5, K2 O is higher than in the general production and high yield of cotton leaves uptake, and the absolute maximum K2 O absorption, especially in the cotton growth anaphase. Under different production levels of N, P2O5, K2 O ratio of nutrient uptake was generally similar, but there are some differences of ratio of nutrient uptake in the growth period, high yield, the ratio of super-high-yield cotton leaves potassium uptake during whole growth period are higher than the average yield of cotton leaves, especially in the blooming stage and boll opening period. Therefore, should pay attention to in the process of nitrogen control phosphate in a steady supply of cotton, potash supply is indispensable, more attention should be paid to the cotton phosphate, potash supply at later growth stage.(3) Water supply relatively plentiful, machine pick cotton growth period under the relationship between the elaborating management strategy(W1N2), water can make the cotton yield robust plant type, the plant height, plant width, stem is higher than other processing, roughly 1 high branch have certain differences between different processing, fine sewage sludge management can control branch 1 to 21.5 cm high, achieve high mechanical harvest regulation, at the same time, the refinement strategy can significantly influence the processing of strong water sets, of which the single plant with high processing W1N2 branch number is 9.1, in this study, the cotton bolls lateral confining fluid is given priority to, within the inner processing fluid accounts for all about 70%, the total fluid each processing all meet the requirements of the transverse distribution of the cotton high yield of cotton boll W1N2, W3N3 on cotton, middle and lower fluid distribution is evener, processing W1N2, W3N3 lower total bell bell proportion were slightly higher than the middle and upper part of the bell, bell conform to pick up cotton machine mode of cotton bolls longitudinal distribution requirements, therefore, relationship can adjust machine pick cotton plant type structure and production.(4) Water supply is relatively abundant, the machine adopt the growth period of cotton under relationship processing W1N2 single boll of cotton quality is 5.90 g, effective fluid number per 5.8, significantly higher than the other and single boll number per plant of the bell processing quality, pick up cotton constitutes the machine mode of 7845.88 kg/hm2 higher yields.
