Selecting acephate as the research objects,we studied its uptake and metabolic in aqueous solution-plant system under the influence of 1-Naphthalene Acetic Acid(NAA),Indole-3-Acetic Acid(IAA),Brassinolide(BR)and phlorizin,glucose by the condition of hydroponics.The main results of the research are summarized as follows:(1)After 5 mg / L of NAA tomato plants,tomato plants grew normally;and 10 mg /L of NAA treated tomato plants,at 24 hour,listless tomato plants wilt.High concentrations of NAA will inhibit the growth of tomato plants.(2)NAA,IAA can be absorbed into the body through tomato plant’s roots,but IAA is very unstable,added at a concentration of 5 mg/L concentration,The concentration of the IAA which uptaked into tomato plants is 1.5 mg/L at 2 hour,after 8 hour,the concentration of IAA rapidly decreased to 0.43 mg/L,while NAA is not stable,the concentration was at a concentration of 5 mg/L,and at 2 h later,the concentration of the NAA which uptaked into tomato plants is 0.76 mg/L,but when 8 hour later,the concentration only 0.08 mg/L.This is mainly because the body has a plant tomato plant hormone oxidase,leading to NAA and IAA was oxidized in the body of the tomato plants.(3)The effect of ACE’s migration rate by NAA and IAA is different,NAA promote ACE to uptake to the upper part.there is a different,when add IAA in,the concentration of ACE is change in succession from lower part to upper part.(4)Glucose was added 50 mg/L promoting tomato plants to absorb ACE,when phlorizin added with 0.5 mg/L and glucose added with 50 mg/L,there is the same affect,but less than the degree of the promotion of glucose added separately,phlorizin inhibits the catalytic role of glucose on ACE migration in tomato plants;glucose and phlorizin have contributed to the ACE metabolized into MAP.(5)when add BR and IAA together,the concentration of ACE compared with only add IAA is increased;compared to control group,the concentration of ACE which only added IAA was increased,and the experimental group added BR and IAA had the largest increase range,this result explained that BR and IAA had synergistic effect.the concentration of IAA with added BR was large than not added,In addition,the time that the IAA can be tested was prolonged which added BR in the experimental group than not added.This result may explain that BR restrain the activity of auxin oxidase.The concentration of MAP in the xylem fluids which added ACE and IAA was larger than control group,but the difference between the groups added ACE and IAA and the groups added ACE,IAA and BR were not obvious within 48 hours,48 hours latercompared with the control group,the concentration of MAP in the xylem fluid which added ACE and IAA were more than 273%,the groups added ACE and BR were more than168%,the group added ACE,IAA and BR were more than 169%.When compared to the control group,the concentration of ACE in the xylem fluid which the groups added ACE and IAA were more than 175%,the groups added ACE and BR were more than 115%,the groups added ACE,IAA and BR were more than 227%.IAA and BR promoted ACE metabolized into MAP,and IAA increased role more larger than BR..
