As the important microorganism in the terrestrial ecosystem, arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi could form reciprocal symbionts with most plants and finish its own life history with the help of plants' photosynthetic carbon.Arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi could also promote its own growth and enhance its stress resistance through plants absorbing nutrient elements. Thus the study of it receives much concern. With corn as the study object, this experiment adopts pot experiment, respectively inoculating four different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungis under different phosphorus levels(0,50,200,500 mg/kg)and providing scientific basis to select the best arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi to promote corns absorbing nutrient elements by studying the growth conditions of corns, absorbing state of nutrient elements and hypha infection rate of corns' roots.Under different fertilization levels(0,50,200,500 mg/kg),it respectively inoculate three different arbuscular mycorrhizal fungis, selecting the best arbuscular mycorrhizal fungi to promote corns absorbing nutrient elements by analyzing the biomass of corns, absorbing state of nutrient elements and hypha infection rate of corns' roots. The results show that:Under different phosphorus levels, the effects of the four microbial inoculums to biomass, infection rate and nutritive element content of the corns are different. But in general,Glomus claroideum(short for G.c)has the best effect.Comprehending the effects of the four microbial inoculums to the growth of corns, inoculating G.c is the most suitable for corns to absorb nutrient elements. When it is without fertilization or with fertilization level of 50 mg/kg,the effects of the three microbial inoculums to biomass, infection rate and nutritive element content of the corns are different. But in general,Glomus versiforme(short for G.v)has the best effect. When the fertilization level is 200 mg/kg or 500 mg/kg,the promotion effects of the three microbial inoculums to the growth of corns are not the same and the effects to biomass, infection rate and nutritive element content of the corns are different. But in general,Glomus etunicatum(short for G.et)has the besteffect. Thus when it is without fertilization or with fertilization level of 50 mg/kg,inoculating G.v is the most suitable for corns to absorb nutrient elements. When the fertilization level is 200 mg/kg or 500 mg/kg,inoculating G.et is the most suitable for corns to absorb nutrient elements.
