Wugong Mountain, with a typical mountain meadow vegetation types, is located in north Luoxiao mountains in Jiangxi province. Due to the mass of the meadows of agriculture and animal husbandry and tourism development, the mountain meadow community composition changed and productivity declined, damaged the ecosystem seriously. Microorganism is an important component of the ecosystem, so the distributive feature of soil microorganism are great evaluation of the soil changes caused by the natural or human disturbance factors. Therefore, the study on distribution characteristics of soil microbial under meadow degradation is of great significance. In this study, the nutrient state in the soil and the community structure of the soil microbial flora in Wugong Mountain was measured by cosmically sequence technique and ASI method in the Control check(CK), the Slight disturbance(L) plot, the Medium disturbance(M) plot and the Severe disturbance(S) plot at high altitude meadow area(1900 m) of the upper and lower soil. Characteristics of soil microbial distribution as an important indicator for the evaluation of the soil changes by natural or human disturbances, aimed to reveal the mechanism in the process of restoration of degraded meadow ecosystem and functional recovery of soil microbiology mechanism, provide the scientific basis for recovery of degraded meadow ecosystem. The result are as follows:1.Regional Jinding is strongly acidic, nutrient characteristics, the average content of available nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium were 38.96mg/L, 5.01 mg/L and 46.79 mg/L. The soil nutrient content is out of balance, the content of phosphorus and potassium low.2.There were bacteria and archaea through the analyzing OTUs in the domain level3.Acidobacteria accounted for 37%-45.4%, Proteobacteria accounted for 29.8%-35.2%, Crenarchaeota accounted for 4.8%-9.3%, Chloroflexi in the proportion of 2.2%-3.9%, AD3 the ratio range of 2.0%-4.7%, Verrucomicrobia which accounted for a range of 2.1%-3.6%, Actinobacteria accounted for 2.1%-2.3%, Gemmatimonadetes accounted for 1%-1.5%, followed by WPS-2 and Euryarchaeota, which accounted for less than 1%, at Phylum level in different disturbance plot.Acidobacteria and Crenarchaeota were the dominant species. Cluster analysis showed that there were obvious differences bacteria species between the upper and lower soil. The bacteria species in CK and L plot assembled as a class in each layer.4.The maximum abundance of bacterial population row in the top 10 are Candidatus Solibacter(Proportion of 4.2%-7.1%), Candidatus Koribacter(Proportion of 3.4%-5.0%), DA101, Rhodoplanes(Proportion of 1.3%-2.2%) Bradyrhizobium(Proportion of 0.9%-1.4%), Rhodococcus, Flavobacterium), Candidatus Xiphinematobacter, Burkholderia, Edaphobacter at the genus level. Candidatus Solibacter, Candidatus Koribacter and DA101 were the dominant species. It is great significance of microbial abundance and community diversity of CK, L, M and S plot in Wugong mountain meadow by chao1 and and Shannon index5.The species of dominant bacteria were not different, but the abundance was different according to microbial community abundance of CK, L, M and S plot in Wugong mountain meadow at Phylum level. the genus(genus) level are not big, but the abundance is obviously different. The abundance of bacteria in L, M and S plot is less than the control plot's between the upper and lower soil at the Phylum and genus level, and with more the disturbance, the abundance of bacteria less gradually.
