Kudzu(Purearia thunbergiana Benth.) is a perennial deciduous vines, a traditional Chinese medicinal and edible plants, also has good soiland water conservation ability and higher economic value, widely planted in our country. Due to the long growing period and extensive management features, root yield and quality of Kudzu can not meet the needs of the community. Uniconazole(codenamed S-3307) is a high efficiency and low toxicity plant growth regulator, can inhibit the synthesis of endogenous GA and Increase crops production finally. Study of effects of uniconazole on many crops are very wide, but effects of Uniconazole on accumulation and distribution of nutrients of the kudzu has not been reported. In this study, as testing materials,Jiangxi "Gan GE 5th" was spraied different concentration of uniconazole, and then analysis the effects of Uniconazole on conversion and distribution between material on the ground and underground of kudzu. Results are as follows:1.The suitable concentration of uniconazole can effectively control kudzu apical dominance,,increase the number of its branches and the stem diameter, reduced leaflet area to prevent leggy. The best concentration of increasing the number of branches of kudzu,is60mg/L, significant differences with the control group(P<0.01).30 mg/L is the most coarsely in Stem diameter determination of kudzu, but,the best theoryconcentration should be at 90 mg/L by analyzing polynomial. And in terms of leaf area, 60 mg/L concentration treatment works best, extremely significant difference(P<0.01), get the smallest leaf area. There is no significant difference in internode length of kudzu by Uniconazole(P>0.05).2. The suitable concentration of uniconazole can improve kudzu leaf photosynthesis and therole of light absorption and transfer, increase chlorophyll content, increase their net photosynthetic rates, reduce their intercellular concentration of carbon dioxide.30-60 mg/L concentration uniconazole significantly improved kudzu content of chlorophyll(P<0.01).The most influential of the net photosynthetic rate and intercellular concentration of carbon dioxide is 60 mg/L concentration uniconazole(P<0.01). High concentration uniconazole can promote Kuzuba transpiration, not conducive to the increase in production. Effects of uniconazole on stomatal conductance of Kuzuba is small.3.The suitable concentration of uniconazole can improve the kudzu production and dry matter content, increase the root/shoot ratio of kudzu, to play a role of Kudzu ground nutrients to the underground conversion and accumulation. 90 mg/L uniconazole treatment, get the kudzu top and showed significant differences with the control group(P<0.01). In raising the dry matter content of kudzu,60 mg/L concentration uniconazole significantly improved kudzu's dry matter content( P<0.05). 90 mg/L of highest concentration of uniconazole works best in root/shoot ratio, and the difference was significant(P<0.01).4. 30-60 mg/L concentration uniconazole can significantly improve kudzu SS, SPS active and promote the transformation of substances into the ground on the ground in terms of nutrient accumulation. There was significant increase of suitable concentration uniconazole-treated Pueraria in the reducing sugar content, soluble sugar and starch content, thecontents of soluble protein and flavonoid content than the control group(P<0.05),.In summary, under the same conditions of cultivation, spraying uniconazole to kudzu can promote its nutrients to the underground root system transformation and distribution and prove yield and quality. In the course of cultivation of kudzu, 90 mg/L uniconazole enables kudzu to achieve maximum effect.
