In this paper,three typical plantation in Zhejiang Province as the research object,in soil carbonflux monitoring system SCF-S2002 and LI-8100 based on the basis of WSN?wireless sensor network?,through Phyllostachys praecox,fir forest,broadleaf 6 plots of forest,compare diurnal variation and monthly changes in soil respiration rate date in the absence of treatment,the surface 10 cm soil tillage,pruning and other artificial management measures.Study different Stand soil respiration rate differences,effect of different management patterns on soil respiration stand,And to explore effective ways to stand CO2 flux monitoring.The main findings are as follows:?1?The use of independent research and development of SCF-S2002 soil respiration monitoring system for observing samples CO2 flux measurements show that soil respiration rate?Rs?bimodal diurnal variation changes,Rs and temperature correlation using exponential model Rs =aebTs: Rs=0.0438e0.2544 Ts,R2=0.6507.Monitoring system on soil respiration measurements LI-8100 non-linear regression analysis: Rs =0.3062e0.1367 Ts,R2=0.7839.Both instruments are measured soil respiration rate values like soil temperature higher correlation.SCF-S2002 measurement data sampling period short,data acquisition can cover day,full unmanned operation,can be multi-point simultaneous measurement,remote data reception,plots suitable for large-scale multi-Busch.?2?Phyllostachys praecox,fir forest,broadleaf forest plots diurnal variation of soil respiration unimodal.Three kinds of soil respiration rate lowest stand concentrated in 6:00 8:00,the highest values are concentrated in 12:00-16:00.Soil respiration rate in the absence of management measures under?a process?the average daily value is Phyllostachys praecox(3.77?mol搶-2-1)> Broadleaf forest(1.89?mol搶-2-1)> Chinese fir(1.53?mol搶-2-1).No display of management measures for the cumulative amount of CO2 flux at 3 to 10 months measured values is phyllostachys praecox(28.46 t CO2搬a-1-1)> broadleaf forest(16.70 t CO2搬a-1-1)> chinese fir(14.88 t CO2搬a-1-1).?3?Measures under tillage plots?b treatment?the average daily value of soil respiration rate is phyllostachys praecox(6.62?mol搶-2-1)> broadleaf forest(3.29?mol搶-2-1)> chinese fir(3.08?mol搶-2-1).Phyllostachys praecox plots under tillage measures on soil respiration rate increased by 2.85?mol搶-2-1daily average;broadleaf forest soil respiration rate increased by1.55?mol搶-2-1daily average;Chinese fir soil respiration rate increased by 1.40?mol搶-2-1daily average.Carbon Flux 3 to 12 months the cumulative amount phyllostachys praecox(43.78 t CO2搬a-1-1)> broadleaf forest(30.09 t CO2搬a-1-1)> chinese fir(24.72 t CO2搬a-1-1).?4?Under the influence of pruning measures,plots the average diurnal variation of carbon flux is phyllostachys praecox(2.95?mol搶-2-1)> broadleaf forest(2.56?mol搶-2-1)> chinese fir(1.97?mol搶-2-1).Pruning makes phyllostachys praecox kind of soil respiration daily average increased 0.82?mol搶-2-1;chinese fir samples of soil respiration daily average increased0.44?mol搶-2-1;broadleaf forest plots of soil respiration daily average increased 0.37?mol搶-2-1.Carbon Flux 3 to 12 months the cumulative amount phyllostachys praecox(26.82 t CO2搬a-1-1)>broadleaf forest(20.22 t CO2搬a-1-1)> chinese fir(19.48 t CO2搬a-1-1).?5?Different management measures have different effects on soil respiration in different forest.Management measures in different stands in soil respiration rate on a daily average of tillage> Pruning>No treatment.The cumulative amount of carbon fluxes of 3 to 10 months tillage> Pruning> No treatment.According to the test,stand structure more complex,the more ground biomass,the higher canopy density,forest health,the less human intervention smaller amplitude on the diurnal variation of soil CO2 flux.Soil respiration rates stable environmental factors change,the smaller the cumulative amount of carbon flux.Three Artificial diurnal variation of soil respiration rate and test observations of the main stand 10 cm soil temperature related.Diurnal variation within plots of temperature fluctuations led to soil respiration.
