Cucumber is a creeping herb which is rich in vitamin A, vitamin C and a variety of beneficial microbes. Cucumbers is the main varieties of vegetables in Our facilities Agricultural Growing. With the adjustment of agricultural structure and changes in consumption concept, Cucumber cultivation area is expanding rapidly in China, more rich varieties, and cultivation more meticulous, divided into annual production is realized. Greenhouse Cropping is serious by the limitations of markets, land and facilities, lead to the decreased yield and quality of cucumber, which restricts the development of greenhouse continuous cropping. In this paper, cucumber as the research object, studiers on the cucumber growth as well as the physical and chemical properties of soil by different fertilizers to regulate the greenhouse soil continuous cropping. This paper aimed at providing a scientific basis for effectively reducing the greenhouse continuous cropping obstacles, improving the yield and quality of cucumber and keeping Land Sustainable Utilization. Through these studies above, we could draw some conclusions as follows:1) Planted with organic-inorganic bio-fertilizer raised the output in per acre of cucumber; both output in per acre and single fruit weight raised planted with vermicompost, and with the increase of vermicompost fertilizer, cucumber output in per acre raised, planted with vermicompost (400kg/acre) is the most beneficial for single fruit weight increased; mixed functional bio-organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer raised output in per acre and single fruit weight of cucumber.2) Organic-inorganic bio-fertilizer, vermicompost, functional bio-organic fertilizer and inorganic compound fertilizer increased plant height, stem diameter and number of leaf, the treatment of biological organic fertilizer significantly decreased the plant height and stem diameter. Vermicompost decreased plant height, stem diameter and number of leaves, with the application rate of vermicompost increasing, cucumber output in per acre decreased, planted with vermicompost (400kg/acre) and (1600kg/acre) increased chlorophyll content of cucumber.3) The treatment of vermicompost and bio-organic fertilizer improved the soluble sugar and soluble protein content of cucumber. The treatment of vermicompost improved the soluble sugar, soluble protein content and solids of cucumber significantly, and the treatment planted with biological organic fertilizer improved the soluble protein of cucumber.4) Planted with vermicompost and bio-organic fertilizer increased the ammonium-N, nitrate-N, total P, available P, available K, the ammonium nitrogen and available P is highest in the mixture of functional bio-organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer. functional bio-organic fertilizer and organic fertilizer decreased soil DOC significantly, vermicompost and organic-inorganic bio-fertilizer decreased soil pH significantly, and vermicompost (1600 kg/acre) of the most significantly. In summary, The mixture of inorganic fertilizer of NPK (40kg/acre) and vermicompost (400kg/acre), or the mixture of NPK (40kg/acre),functional bio-organic fertilize(100kg/acre) and organic fertilize(100kg/acre) as basal been beneficial for the growth and output formation of cucumber in greenhouse cucumber continuous cropping. Cucumber has the unique and significant soil physical and chemical and properties characteristics of mineral nutrition occurrence by applying different kinds of fertilizer. Vermicompost and functional bio-organic fertilizer have the better regulation and control effects of cucumber greenhouse continuous cropping obstacles.
