In this article,Haliotis discus hannai health seedlings cultivating key technology are studied,the main results were showed as follows:1.Abalone’s oxytocin and the choice of hatchingThis test is divided into 3 groups: A(7-8 cm),B(8-9 cm)and C(9-10 cm),three kinds of specifications as a comparative study,the results show that:(1)the condition of oxytocin,B and C canbe chosen,but B is the most suitable;(2)the abalone’s oxytocin process is divided into three stages,the first stage(19:00-20:30),the second(20:40-22:10),the third(22:20-23:50),but the second stage is ovulation height;(3)choose insemination eggs from the second stage,10 hours under a microscope observation,and record during the first several incubation time and take pictures.2.The food analysis research of the abalone seedingThis experiment makes use of the research method of the histology.The microscope descends the observation and diatom within the research of the digestive organs of the abalone seeding on 15,30,45 days.Collect through a picture,the data analyze to understand the food of the abalone seeding.(1)The proportion of Navicula are the highest,Amphora are the second,but Nitzschia and Cocconeis just at different times have different degree of distribution in the three periods,the abundance is not high.(2)The total proportion of Navicula and Amphora are above80% in the three periods,which are easy to be feed and utilized,make abalone grow fast and improve survival rate.(3)Observated and compared the diatom within the research of the digestive organs of the abalone seeding in the three periods,the degree of diatom is utilized different.(4)The radula can affect the feeding rate of different diatoms in different periods3.The comparison of both red and green shell Haliotis discus Hannai’s growth conditionThis experiment compared the growth condition of both red and green shell Haliotis discus Hannai.Under the same breeding conditions,and the difference of the initial length of the shell and the weight was not obvious,the result shows that:(1)The survival rate of red shell Haliotis discus Hannai is much higher than the greens,the difference is obvious.(2)The differences of the daily growth rate,growth rate,specific growth rate of shell length,daily growth of weight,the rate of growth,weighting rate,specific growth rate of weight and the difference of weight/length of the shell of red and green shellHaliotis discus Hannai are obvious(P<0.05).
