Our country is a large agricultural country, thus crops' growth and harvest has always been a constant problem. With the development of science and technology, "precision agriculture" is a kind of evolution from a lot of human labor, to the mechanization, and then to the refinement. "Precision agriculture" system is a set of modern farming operation technology and management system in the new situation, it can locate, timing, quantitatively based on the spatial variability. In recent years, many scholars put forward different processing method and a new method on the positioning, timing, quantitative and spatial variation. Near infrared detection method is now commonly used in agriculture means, such as near infrared remote sensing, hyperspectral remote sensing, the near infrared wave band for growth under the inversion, etc. With advances in technology, this means being promoted. It is widely used in agriculture disease monitoring, crop growth monitoring, nondestructive inspection fruit injury, as well as other sensitive detection fluctuations. This article is based on this means to establish a set of data acquisition system, which can verify the selection of effective combination of the research object, so that in the practical application. The system based on the spectral imaging technique, selected the appropriate feature band and near infrared sensor by experimental means. The main contents are as follows:(1)The development of the related acquisition device based on the near infrared sensors and filter elementThe experiment selected the combination of optical interference filter element and near infrared sensor element to build image collection system of plant characteristics based on the near infrared wave band, and introduced the system structures, the principle, working principle, the development of the imaging system, data processing and analysis, etc. It is based on the principle of spectral imaging technology, analyzed the core imaging sensor element, as well as considered practical portable, stability and strong demand.(2)The selection of the spectral characteristics of the near infrared spectral imaging systemThe experiments selected the filter element which center wavelength at 1064 nm, 1102 nm, 1212 nm, 1300 nm, 1550 nm by screening theory of remote sensing spectrum feature library and construction of the filter element. Multiple rotation filter element to ensure accuracy in the process of experiment under different conditions.(3)extraction and analysis of wave data based on near infrared imaging spectral featureWe obtained characteristic bands' spectral data and analyzed the result of exercise and then made effective evaluation about the combination of near infrared sensor element and the filter element combined with the actual situation, summarized the solution of existing conditions,in order to clear the advantages and disadvantages and the conditions of improvement and application.(4)Summary of the near infrared collector systemFor improve and assist the related experiments, we put forward the email solution and experimental method proposed to estimate of practical application prospect with a certain conditions after the conclusion and summarizes current conditions.Through the experimental results also show that near infrared spectral imaging technique which applied to agricultural crop growth status monitoring and health diagnosis, is a fast and effective monitoring technology. The technology provides an effective means of data acquisition for modern agricultural production and field management of digital.
