Juglans regia ’Xinwen185’ is the leading cultivar in the southern Xinjiang basin. However, due tolacking for efficient and timely monitoring technology of texting the nutrient concentration of tree body, ithas become one of the limiting factors to carry out scientific fertilization work and diagnosis for nutrientconcentration of tree body. Therefore, J. regia ‘Xinwen185’ in flourishing period, Wushi, Aksu, Xinjiangwas taken as the research object. Based on N, P, K fertilizer effect of field trials, foliar spectrum diagnosis, foliar sampling and N, P, K concentration chemical analysis methods were used. Through foliar spectrumcharacteristics, its response for soil N, P, K, correlation of both sensitive bands and foliar nutrientconcentration with spectrum index were studied. Moreover, the possibility of non-imaging hyperspectraltechnology inverting monitor N, P, K concentration of its tree body was discussed in the paper. The mainresults were as follows:The spectral reflectance of walnut J. regia ‘Xinwen185’ leaf depends on its wavelength. With the localbands of310-360nm spectral reflectance varies significantly. There is an absorption valley at510nm and680nm, a steep climbing ridge at the band of710-780nm, and a higher reflectance platform at810-1000nm, with different growth stages of the fruit, foliar spectral reflectance curves there are some differences, with the passage of the fruit growth period that spectral reflectance gradually decreases at440-525nm and575-690nm, foliar spectral reflectance of fruit mature period was increased at415-430nm and530-565nm.Under the condition of different N, P, K fertilizer levels, J. regia ‘Xinwen185’ different growth stagesfoliar spectral reflectance in specific bands, and foliar spectral reflectance at different wavelength on soilN,P,K nutrients there are significant differences in the level of sensitivity.525-605nm green band is leaf Nelement concentration sensitive wave band,605-655nm yellow light band is leaf P element concentrationsensitive wave band,750-1100nm near infrared band is leaf K element concentration sensitive wave band. With the passage of the fruit growth period, J. regia ‘Xinwen185’ foliar spectral index ND(525,605)element and foliar N concentration in the four period in all fruit has extremely significant linear positivecorrelation; foliar spectral index ND(605,655)in the fast-growing period, fruit hardcore and fat changes periodhave a significant positive correlation with leaf P element concentrations, fruit mature period hassignificant linear negative correlation. The K content of nutrient elements and leaf spectral ND(750,1100)infour fruit growth period has a significant linear positive correlation.Non-existence of hyperspectral imaging technology by means of the inversion efficient, timelymonitoring of the possibility of N, P, K concentrations of J. regia ‘Xinwen185’ research can continue toexplore the possibilities of technology to achieve a complete solution.
