Apocheima cinerarius Erschoff is severely harmful in Xinjiang. It has a various host and pest infestation occurs early. Therefore this study will point meteorological factors at A. cinerarius adult eclosion for the screening of prediction of meteorological factors. In order to provide a theoretical basis to improve forecast accuracy, and I research the biological characteristics, population regularity, determination of cold resistance and so on, the main conclusions are as follows:(1) A. cinerarius pupae mainly distribute 30 to 60 cm from the base of trees at a soil depth of about 20 to 30 cm. The average hatching rate was 86%. First and 2nd instar larvae consumed the least amount of leaves, and 5th instar larvae did the most up to 443 mm2/day. There was a significant and positive correlation between larval head size and age. First and 2nd instar larvae had a relatively high mortality rate of up to 60.37% compared with the 4th and 5th instars, and fresh leaves accounted for 85.81%.(2) The soil with different moisture content to A. cinerarius pupa eclosion rate, feather calendar period and feather has significant impact on peak. Soil water content was 30% while eclosion rate is highest,81.67%. 10-30 cm soil eclosion rate is relatively high, at 80%. In the 40-50 cm soil eclosion rate is relatively low, at about 75%. When the soil moisture content is higher, the eclosion rate significantly suppressed.(3) The each insect state determined by cooling and freezing point of fluid. The result shows: the female adults of cooling point average of 15.78 ?, humoral freezing point average of 11.89 ?. Male adult undercooling point average of 13.85 ?, humoral freezing point average of 9.49 ?; Eggs have cool point average of 10.03 ?, humoral freezing point average of 7.08 ?; 1-5 instars before cooling point individual min. 1 instars 19.24 ?; A maximum of 5 instars- 8.23 ?. Humoral freezing point individual min. 1 instars- 17.77 ?, the highest is 5 instars- 4.62 ?.(4) Screening of suitable weather factors, and to provide a theoretical basis for improving the forecasting precision. The partial correlation analysis on the relationship between the main meteorological factors and daily emergence amount of A. cinerarius generation adult from the beginning to the peak of emergence was conducted in the wood. Correlation analysis showed that the A. cinerarius adult emergence number and soil temperature, soil relative humidity, air temperature and dew point temperature closely related. The results of stepwise regression analysis show that the soil temperature and the relative humidity of soil, the air humidity and the dew point temperature, are the main meteorological factors affecting the amount of emergence.
