The experiment by injecting bone mesenchymal stem cells to study their Saanen Growth and development of the mammary gland,the test healthy dairy goat lamb hind site,using two methods have been among dairy goat bone marrow mesenchymal Stem cells(BMSCs), observe their identification and determine its ability to induce in vitro with alizarin red and oil red O staining.The results obtained show that the last cell is a dairy goat bone marrow mesenchymal stem cells, has a good shape, can be differentiated, and can be a good value. Keeping weight close to 16 healthy dairy goats, aged 2 months, according to the principle of randomization, which was divided into control and test groups, to develop good dairy goat neck stem cells by intravenous injection into the body, control the same group was injected with saline. Method of feeding are same. Test starting at 2 months of age and ends at 9 months of age, a monthly injection, test time is 240 d. Measuring their body weight every month. Bian position in the neck vein blood, serum was prepared. In adolescence March, May and adolescent pregnancy February breast tissue sample collection, preparation of frozen sections of breast tissue in each group and the number of acinar ducts count observations. Serum total protein(TP), albumin(ALB), blood urea nitrogen(BUN), triglyceride(TG), cholesterol(CHO), alkaline phosphatase(ALP), lactate dehydrogenase(LDH), estradiol(E2), and progesterone(P), leptin(LEP) and prolactin(PRL),(GnRH),(ACTH), luteinizing hormone(LH), and follicle stimulating hormone(FSH), insulin(INS), growth hormone(GH), insulin-like growth factor(IGF-1, IGF-2), serum vascular endothelial growth factor(VEGF), fibroblast growth factor(bFGF), transforming growth factor(TGF alpha and TGF beta) was commissioned by the Beijing Huaying Biochemical Co., Ltd. determination.Test Results: After driving BMSCs, at the age of 4, 5, 6, 7 months, the average weight of the test group goat was significantly higher(P <0.05); at the age of 3, 7, 8, 9 months, the test ADG group goat was significantly higher(P <0.05); puberty 5 months catheter test group number, the number of acini were significantly higher(P <0.05); experimental group during pregnancy in February breast development significantly faster than the control group, the growth is more obvious conduit, the conduit and the test group number, the number of acini were significantly higher(P <0.05).Test serum TP, ALB water were higher, TP at 6 months was significantly higher(P <0.05); 5, 6, 7-month-old ALB were significantly higher(P <0.05); experimental group serum LDH levels at 4 months and 5 months of age was significantly higher(P <0.05); two groups of serum ALP levels in the experimental group were higher, at 6 months show significant difference( P <0.05); at the age of 5, 7, 8, 9 months, the experimental group goat serum E2 levels were significantly higher(P <0.05); 5, 6, 7, 8, 9 months of age, experimental group serum P levels were significantly higher than the control at 7, 8, 9 months, the experimental group serum PRL levels were significantly higher(P <0.05); 8, at 9 months, the experimental group serum levels GNRH was significantly higher(P <0.05), 7, 8, 9 months, serum INS levels between the two groups was significantly higher(P <0.05).5,7,8, months, the experimental group goat serum IGF-1 levels were significantly higher(P <0.05); 5, 7, 8, 9 months old, the test group of serum TGF-? It was significantly higher(P <0.05); 7, at 9 months, the test group of serum TGF-? levels were significantly lower than the control group(P <0.05); 5, 7, 9 months old, the test group serum EGF levels were significantly higher(P <0.05); experimental group were higher than the udder linear traits. Wherein the width of the breast, breast depth experimental groups of 8 months and 9 months of age was significantly higher(P <0.05).Conclusion: Dairy Goat after injection of BMSCs, the experimental group serum TP, Alb, ALP, LDH content significantly increased, the growth rate of the test group increased dairy goat, a significant increase in the growth rate at 3 months of age. At the same time when dairy goats pregnancy, serum P, E2, PRL, GNRH, LH and FSH were significantly increased throughout the test of IGF-1, elevated TGF-?, EGF levels, reduce TGF-? content of breast acinar tissue tract development, so that the breasts become larger, 5 months old at the time of breast development significantly.
