Syringa oblata is deciduous shrubs or small trees that belongs to the Oleaceae family. It is the famous flowers of China. The genetic diversity of 153 individuals that collected from one cultivated population in Da Lian Yinggeshi botanical garden and four wild populations in Dingxiangling and Haitangshan of Fuxin,Yunmengshan and Shidonggou of Chaoyang is analyzed and compared by ISSR molecular markers technology.11 ISSR primers are selected in this study.82 bands in the total genome are generated by 11 primers. The author use POPGENE1.32 software to process data and analysis the genetic diversity, genetic structure and genetic differentiation of Syringa oblata populations. At the same time, the author carry on the comparative study of the genetic diversity of wild and cultivated populations of Syringa oblata. The experimental results of this study are as follows:(1)At the species level,82 bands in the total genome are generated by 11 primers. The number of polymorphic bands are 78.The percentage of polymorphic bands(PPB)is 95.12%.The Nei's gene diversity(h)and the Shannon's information index(I)are 0.3601?0.5304.It shows that Syringa oblata has a higher genetic diversity.(2)The genetic differentiation coefficient(Gst)between five populations of Syringa oblata is 0.1376.It shows that there is 13.76% genetic variation in the total genetic variation exists between populations, and 86.24% genetic variation exists in the populations. It indicates that the genetic variation mainly occurs in the populations. The gene flow(Nm)is3.1332.It shows that the gene flow between the populations is relatively frequent, and can resist the influence of genetic drift.(3)The author carry an comparative analysis of the genetic diversity of wild and cultivated populations. The results show that the genetic diversity of wild populations is higher than cultivated population. The reasons for this result may be the breeding way are different. This is the first comparative analysis on the genetic diversity of wild and cultivated Syringa oblata populations in Liaoning province that use ISSR molecular marker technology. The purpose is to reveal the genetic diversity of Syringa oblata at the species and population level, offer reference to the research and protection of Syringa oblata.
