Temperature is an important factor affecting aquaculture.Suitable water temperature can not only help the growth and development of aquatic species,but also shorten the incubation time of fertilized eggs.The traditional ways of raising water for raising water are geothermal,boiler heating and factory waste heat.Not only fuel consumption but also environmental pollution problems.Therefore,it is urgent and important to find a kind of efficient and clean renewable energy to adjust the temperature of the aquaculture water.Solar seawater source heat pump system makes up for the intermittent instability of solar energy,and improves the temperature of low temperature heat source in the heat pump system,so as to improve the performance coefficient of the composite system.It is one of the most energy-saving ways currently applied to aquaculture.Based on the climate characteristics of Dalian and the meteorological data of nearly 30 years in China Meteorological data network,the calculation model of monthly evaporation in Dalian area is obtained.Combined with the knowledge of heat transfer,the heat load of outdoor open-air fish pond is obtained.According to the design and calculation of solar energy source heat pump system based on heat load,this paper selects 1.5 ceramic heat collector plate to make the system meet the temperature regulating load independently in summer,and the standard days in winter meet the load of the solar assisted heat pump.On this basis,data acquisition and test research were carried out in Dalian Kay Chen company.The water volume of fish pond is 3M,and the target temperature of fish pond is maintained at 28 degrees throughout the year.The results show that the solar energy guarantee rate is about 39%,and the heat pump unit takes 61% of the load.When the inlet temperature of the evaporator is above 10 C,the COP of the heat pump unit reaches more than 5.5,and the energy saving effect is remarkable.This chapter makes an economic evaluation of the third chapter,and compares it with the initial investment and operation cost of the electric heating auxiliary solar system,and draws a conclusion that the initial investment of the whole solar source heat pump system is 6900 yuan,the initial investment of the solar system is 4500 yuan higher than that of the electric heating auxiliary solar system,and the annual operation cost of the sea source heat pump system is 852.9 yuan,compared with the electric heating auxiliary solar system,can save 4177 yuan a year and the dynamic investment recovery period of the system is 1.08 years.Therefore,the results show that the application of solar energy source heat pump system in aquaculture has a great economic advantage.
