Wheat scab is a typical weather pattern disease.Estabishment of the database of meteorological factors of Anhui wheat scab is based on the monitoring and early warning.This test is mainly to build research-based visualization of Anhui wheat scab big data analysis system using meteorological factors over the past 20 years collected in Anhui plant protection station records.Main meteorological factors affecting the occurrence of wheat scab were selected,as a visual data sources to create the database of Anhui wheat scab weather factors.Powerbuilder compiler and use data visualization tools echarts teechart rich and chart types,visualization technology into all aspects of wheat scab data analysis,which make the entire data analysis process data more readable,increase the value of the data.There are many options for the data object,and the combination of the filter criteria.For wheat scab database to ecological zones and administrative meteorological data,meteorological data visualization ecological zone map and weather data of administrative map of the wheat fields and the census field systems influencing the incidence of Fusarium head blight and wheat grading factors and diseases,such as different combinations of data output view visualization of the results.Wheat scab necessary data analyzed by the user the flexibility to choose a filter,and set other options dynamically generate visual results.Provide high accuracy and intuitive results for each plant protection station staff,and improving proactive staff.At the same time,this study also used a similar method to infer the climate most similar period of meteorological factors and the short,medium and long term most similar period,and came to a similar period in the best leading meteorological factors in primary and secondary sort of work for the grassroots plant protection station for controlling to provide a reliable basis.The main results of this test were:1.The establishment of a databaseEstablished database were:Anhui wheat scab database of meteorological factors,ecological zones and administrative database system,system field and census field database,wheat scab disease grade database.The main database using SQL Server2005 established its data read speed,data storage,security,and ease of maintenance were the reasons we chose.2.Extraction of dataRealization of this test was done in powerbuilder 11.5,making it easy to perform various operations on the database,handling a variety of reports,no SQL statements can be directly connected to SQL Server2005 database,reducing the workload of the development process.This study used teechart and echarts as a visualization tool to provide dynamically generated flip chart,direct access to ODBC data sources.Vivid and intuitive,interactive,highly personalized custom data visualizations,and mix and match to show more support for the linkage chart components.Dragging heavy computing innovation,data views,such as roaming range feature greatly increases the user experience,giving users the data mining,integration.3.Predict using a climate-similar methodVisualization diagram and climate in the use of the system established by the similarity theory,set the data to detect the use of prediction accuracy similarity collected in previous years.Then use the latest data for comparison,the best prediction similar period was analyzed,and then the similar period leading factors also were analyzed.
