With the wide application of the Internet of things technology in the control of agricultural facilities,the monitoring and control of the environmental factors in the greenhouse has also been considerable progress.From the economic point of view,the professional talent demand will continue to increase and labor costs rising between the contradictions,from the perspective of agricultural industry,fine high standard planting requirements and environmental parameters monitoring precision between contradiction,completed the design of simple low cost single operation of greenhouse control system,has an important value for precision agriculture development.Phalaenopsis as highly ornamental plants,a large increase in demand in recent years.Under the background of market demand,how to ensure that the yield and quality of greenhouse Phalaenopsis this requires us to design and Realization of measurement and control system of greenhouse environment factors.With the "Internet plus" era,sensor detection technology,wireless communication technology,mobile Internet technology has been the rapid development of agricultural facilities towards automatic intelligent development provides technical basis,such as the greenhouse control system integration.In order to let farmers convenient real time low cost master Phalaenopsis greenhouse temperature and humidity,the system use the Android mobile phone client,serial WiFi module,sensor and MCU in real-time monitoring of the greenhouse temperature and humidity,temperature and humidity data transmission to the phone can real-time display,and through the mobile client real-time control of greenhouse wind machine,wet curtain,sunshade board,equipment operation.System uses eclipse to develop the app has good user interface function,very useful for professional growers,the operation is very simple,and the cost is very low,a good application prospect in the market.This paper mainly does the following 4 aspects of the work:(1)Through field research and access to information mastered the growth of Phalaenopsis amabilis major environmental temperature and humidity,a reasonable choice of temperature and humidity sensor,a full analysis of the growers simple operation demand and cost factors is proposed based on the Android mobile phone client greenhouse temperature and humidity control system design.According to the situation of greenhouse Phalaenopsis,combined with the cost of development of a selection scheme.(2)Family greenhouse wireless transmission mode of demand with low cost,convenient growers in the greenhouse for the short distance to realize control function to determine the WiFi transmission mode,and the detailed theoretical elaboration and complete the configuration and data transmission of serial WiFi module HLK-M35.(3)Completed the development of mobile phone client monitoring interface,review the structure of Android platform,and further detailed the development and use of App each module control.(4)After the test,the system runs well and is stable and reliable,achieves the anticipated goal.
