This article,through field experiment,mainly from the groove width and groove depth,wide field of slope and ridge four elements on the furrow surface water flow movement characteristics,infiltration characteristics,water saving effect and irrigation uniformity of aspects of research and analysis,and practical application in continuous cropping of winter wheat and summer corn anniversary production.Through the analysis and verification of the factors such as the growth and development of crops,water consumption,yield and water production efficiency,the main results were as follows:(1)By field experiment on the law of motion for irrigation water in the combination of irrigation technology elements,for observation,analysis and study,the results showed that slope on the water flow advance and regression had the greatest impact,followed by wide ridge and furrow width and groove depth.(2)Collecting a large number of test data and calculating the combination of irrigation technology elements of accumulative infiltration amount.Research shows that cumulative effects into the infiltration capacity of the main factors is in furrow irrigation water potential gradients and infiltration area.The infiltration area changes as with gully width and groove depth changes,water potential gradient changes as with ridge width changes.The groove width and depth and ridge width are the main factors affecting the cumulative infiltration,and the slope only has the effect on(gully end)infiltration of water distribution.(3)Through the analysis of irrigation in six hours after the soil moisture distribution to research the transport velocity of wetting front,we can know that,in irrigation elements,groove width,width of ridge and furrow deep influence on the transport velocity of wetting front is obvious,field surface slope effect on the transport velocity of wetting front is smaller,but the difference of wetting front curve between the first and the groove is larger.(4)The evaluation model of irrigation quality was established with Ea(irrigation efficiency)and Ed(irrigation uniformity)as the evaluation index of irrigation quality.The MATLAB software is used to optimize the irrigation quality of different furrow irrigation technical elements of the combination of 70 cm and 110 cm under the ridge width.At the same time,the analysis of orthogonal test and range of different furrow irrigation technical parameters showed that the main factors of slope and ridge width for the effect of irrigation water quality,gully width and depth of the secondary factors.Reasonable anniversary ofcontinuous cropping of wide ridge and furrow irrigation irrigation technique element: ridge width 70 cm,groove width 40 cm,ditch 20 cm soil depth and slope 1 in 1000,the suitable flux into the ditch for 1.65L/s,irrigation efficiency and water storage efficiency and irrigation uniformity degree respectively for 93.21%,91.83% and 92.78%.(5)The preliminary optimization of furrow irrigation technical parameters was used in actual field crops and with the traditional flat border for a series of contrast test.The furrow irrigation parameters of wheat,corn ridge under the integrated model were analyzed through the crop growth and development index,water production efficiency and yield factors analysis.As with conventional flat ridge,we found the ridge furrow irrigation technical parameters after preferably the planting overall physiological indicators have improved significantly,ultimately to achieve the effect of water production.
