Eco agricultural products have been favor for consumers, especially food safety issues are prominent in the background in nowadays, and tea oil is pure natural green organic healthy edible oil, and it is the best edible vegetable oil for Chinese people. Therefore, the status for tea oil will become more and more serious. This is means that the healthy development of the tea industry is essential. Jiangxi is a major tea producing areas in China, In order to explore the present situation for pests and diseases of Camellia oleifera in the Jiangxi Province, we carried out field investigation in the Nanchang, Meiling mountain, Yongfeng County Longgang rural area in Jiangxi Province, to provide theoretical foundation and reference for habitat management and biological control.Through the investigation. We have investigated to 9 kinds of major diseases in Camellia oleifera, collected 91 species of insect pests. The are belonging to 51 families, 5 orders, including six major diseases in suburbs of Nanchang Meiling mountain Camellia oleifera forest 60 species of pests, belonging to 4 orders and 33 families, 8 species of major diseases in Camellia oleifera Yongfeng County in Jiangxi Province, Longgang township area, 42 species of insect pests, belonging to 5 orders, 31 families. The central region of Jiangxi Province of mainly Camellia oleifera disease in Sooty blotch of tea-oil tree, Algal leaf spot of tea-oil tree,Gray plaster disease of tea-oil tree, Anthracnose of tea-oil tree, Soft rot disease of tea-oil tree. Similarly, The central region of Jiangxi Province tea pest community composition mainly by Coleoptera, Lepidoptera and Hemiptera. Meiling Mountain and Longgang Mountains belong to the subtropical monsoon climate, but because of the different altitude and habitat differences, artificial management level of different factors, Meiling Longgang two Camellia oleifera plant diseases and insect pests occurred species and the degree of harmfulness differences. In addition, the occurrence of plant diseases and insect pests of tea also and temperature are closely related. In winter, with the decrease of temperature, the incidence of Camellia oleifera pests species and a sharp decrease in the number, which also and pests for the overwintering of. Therefore, in response to the winter take Camellia oleifera Forest Scientific management and clean tea and other biological control measures, reduce the pests overwinter.Colaspoides diffinis Lefevre is a kind of Camellia oleifera pests, one generation occurs in Nanchang, Jiangxi every year, the period of adult is from mid April to mid June, the adults feed on unfully expanded leaves, stems, branches of Camellia oleifera, which seriously impact on photosynthesis and yield of Camellia oleifera. We use indoor experiments and Camellia oleifera forest sample plot investigation method to observation and research on the biological characteristics of Colaspoides diffinis Lefevre from mid April to mid June,2013.In order to make up the gap of biological characteristics for Colaspoides diffinis Lefevre, to provide the conditions of scientific theory by accurate control of the Colaspoides diffinis Lefevre.
