Rational fertilization is the main means to promote the growth and to improve the quality for Semen Trigonellae. This experiment adopts a systematic study on soil nutrient status in order to determine the limiting factors of soil, to establish field experiment of fertilizerprogram.Through the different ratio of N, P and K.Analyze of blueberry tree index,soil nutrient status, blueberry quality, the establishment of the quality equation to guide the blueberry fertilization. Experimental results show that :(1) The order of the size of the soil adsorption fixation capacity of blueberry is:P>K>B>Cu>Zn>Mn,the order of magnitude of soil nutrient limiting factors: Ca> P > N >K > Cu > B, Not applied Ca, P, N, K, Cu, B indicates these elements sorghum crops were cut 82.66%, 34.67%, 34.09%, 28.38%, 20.12%, 16.31%.(2) Different N、P、K have different effects on N, available P, availableK and pH of blueberry woodland.The performance of available N available P, available K showed an increasing trend with the increase of the amount of N、P、K fertilizer. With the increase of the amount of K fertilizer available K and pH decreased.the other was with the N, P, K increased first and decreased later.(3) The different N、P、K have different effects on blueberry tree high growth and crown growth, leaf greenness. Tree increased with N、P、K showed a parabola relationship;Crown width and Chlorophyll with the N rate assumes the trend of escalation, with P,K fertilizeshowed a parabola relationship.(4) The different N、P、K have different effects on blueberry fruit weight. In a certain range, with N, P, K increased the single fruit weight increased first and then decreased, and the impact is K>N>P,the interaction is NP> PK> NK, the regression analysis of blueberry fruit weight Y and N, P and Kwas N: 15.06g/strain, P: 7.69g/strain, K:37.48 g strain, fruit weight was 1.23 g.(5) Different N、P、K have different effects on blueberry fruit diameter, in a certain range, with the N increased in transverse diameter and longitudinal diameter showed a rising trend, first increased and then decreased with P and K increased, P> K> N for diameter, the interaction was NK> NP> PK. and K> N> P for long diameter, the interaction was NP> PK> NK.(6) The regression relationship betweenfertilizers and the water content is not significant.(7) Different N 、 P 、 K have effects onanthocyanin significantly. the impact was K>N>P and interaction was NK> PK> NP, the regression analysis of anthocyanin Y and N,P and Kwas N:18.34g/strain, P:15.30g/strain, K:17.51g/strain, then anthocyanin contentwas 3.25 mg/g ? FW.(8) Different fertilization onvitamin C was N> P> K,the interaction was PK> NK>NP,The theoretical maximum amount of fertilizer was N: 16.94g/strain, P: 22.5g/strain, K:21.91g/strain, the vitamin C was 90.91 mg/Kg ? FW.(9) Different fertilization onsoluble sugar was P> N> K,the interaction wasNK> NP>PK, The theoretical maximum amount of fertilizer was N:10.05g/strain, P:8.51g/strain,K:14.16 g/strain, the soluble sugar was 9.63%.(10) N2P2K2 can recommend the best fertilizer amount under the present experimental conditions.
