Investigation,Isolation And Identification Of Mycoplasma Hyorhiniti In The Pig Farms In Henan Province

Mycoplasma hyorhinis(Mhr)is first separated from pigs out,is a normal pig parasite within the nasal cavity.Mycoplasma hyorhinis(Mhr)is the leading cause of pig polyserositis,pneumonia,pericarditis,pleurisy,arthritis,otitis media and other diseases.high incidence of the disease in pigs,the mortality rate is low.Mycoplasma hyorhinis(Mhr)infection is mainly spread through the respiratory tract,are usually passed by a large pig sows or piglets.Clinically Mycoplasma hyorhinis(Mhr)often associated with porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),porcine circovirus type 2(PCV2)and porcine mycoplasma(Mhp)and other mixed infections,causing serious porcine respiratory syndrome,resulting in weaning piglet mortality was significantly increased,resulting in huge economic losses to the pig industry.In this study,conducted a field epidemiology and molecular biology,experiment with a variety of pathogens mixed infection surveys,hyorhinis isolation and culture,etc.in Henan Province a part of scale pig farm.It proved the popular feature of Mycoplasma hyorhinis,mixed with other pathogens as well as a sense of isolation and culture features as swine effective prevention and control of swine mycoplasma hyorhinis infection provides a scientific basis,It provides data for porcine reproductive and respiratory syndrome virus(PRRSV),porcine circovirus virus type 2(PCV2)and porcine mycoplasma(Mhp)mixed infection,It provides a method for the isolation and culture mycoplasma hyorhinis.In order to understand mycoplasma hyorhinis mixed infection in reproductive and respiratory syndrome,porcine circovirus type 2 disease,Mycoplasma pneumoniae infection in parts of Henan Province scale pig farms and pig and pig,Henan Province 12 large-scale pig farms We conducted a field preliminary investigation of respiratory symptoms suspected swine mycoplasma infection nose pigs autopsy samples,laboratory testing.The results show: mycoplasma hyorhinis infection occurs mainly in the fall and winter to nursery pigs more susceptible,the mortality is low,easy to mix with other pathogenic flu,increased mortality after a mixed feeling.30 parts of the nasal respiratory symptoms suspected mycoplasma hyorhinis infections,mycoplasma hyorhinis positive was19 and the rate was 63.33%,mycoplasma pneumoniae positive was 5 and rate was 17.24%.Mycoplasma Hyorhinis and porcine reproductive syndrome and porcine circovirus type 2 disease,the highest rate of mixed.In order to obtain clinical hyorhinis infection epidemic strain,ease strains research mycoplasma hyorhinis clinical pig nose by PPLO liquid,solid media culture,PCR method for identification,purification,the establishment of a mycoplasma hyorhinis separation method laid for further clinical basis.
