| In the current world agricultural crop production process,the main means of pest control of agricultural crops still rely on drug spraying.However,in the process of crop diseases and insect pests prevention,correct control method is an important link to ensure the normal growth of crops,will directly affect the quality and yield of crop production.China has a cast territory,is the world’s large agricultural country,every year there will be more than 20 million hm~2 farmland need to prevention and control of plant diseases and insect pests,mountainous and hilly region accounted for 61% of the total land area in our country.According to incomplete statistics,China’s annual agricultural pests and diseases occur in a huge area,serious food pests and diseases,the amount of food losses amounted to40 million tons.Therefore,how to quickly and effectively eliminate pests and diseases,reduce the economic loss to the minimum,we need to think and explore.However,in the crop pest control process,the traditional drug spraying workload,characteristics of low efficiency,already can’t satisfy the needs of people.With the continuous development of modern science and technology,Unmanned Aerial Vehicle(UAV)technology has been promoted and applied,and change the disadvantages of the traditional drug spraying in agricultural use,reduce the workload,improve work efficiency and pest control effect.The UAV in the farmland working process,The UAV in the farmland working process,its efficient,convenient and strong adaptability and other advantages,not only has been recognized by the people,the more important is to promote the development of the UAV field application technology.In recent years,UAV technology is relatively mature in some developed countries,some farm pests foreign pest prevention,there will be a UAV are forest fire monitoring,and promote the rapid development of UAV technology in agricultural and forestry.In our country,due to economic and technical Limit conditions,our application to crop diseases and insect pests damage control process without man-machine quantity is less,at present can use in farmland mainly small unmanned aerial vehicle(UAV).In addition,our country agricultural without man-machine technology is still in the primary stage of development,still can’t meet the demand of pest control in agriculture and forestry.In this paper,3ZSF-8A type multi rotor aircraft as an example,analysis of the structure parameters and load capacity,reasonable design of the spray system,complete the preliminary design of the spray system,and make the test plan.In the comprehensive test bench for indoor spray nozzles of different sizes,However,to test the spray system,we through the final choice for testing fan nozzle spraying,droplet deposition and combination of the aircraft and the uniformity test,analysis of the influence of parameters on the spray effect,and at the same time,analysis of effects of flying height and concentration of spraydeposition,results show that the droplet deposition and the flying height of a parabolic trend,the spray height is 1.5m,the maximum absorbance was 2.039;In the same height,the solution droplet absorbance and carmine solution concentration is proportional to its concentration increases. |
