The accumulation amount of biogas slurry with the rapid development of large-scale livestock farming surged,improper handling will cause the deterioration of the environment.Biogas slurry as water soluble organic fertilizer,the nutrient elements of nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium nutrients necessary for plant growth,bioactive substances,calcium,sodium,magnesium,copper,iron,manganese,zinc and other trace elements and amino acids,auxin,microorganisms can regulate plant growth and development,maturation process and enhance the plant resistance,no pollution,no residue,no resistance,can completely replace the organic fertilizer of organic rice production,as base fertilizer,fertilizer,foliar spraying,pest control,promote plant growth,improve soil fertility,obtained with conventional organic rice planting or a slightly higher yield and quality can be achieved efficient utilization of biogas slurry.The experiment with 10% of panicle fertilizer regulation as the two nitrogen ratio field cultivation experiment was performed,the cake fertilizer,organic fertilizer as control,study on different application of biogas slurry on rice biomass,leaf area and nitrogen absorption utilization,yield and quality,soil fertility change and economic benefit etc.,comprehensive analysis effect and explore under the reasonable fertilization mode optimal biogas slurry fertilizer,in order to achieve the optimum tradeoff of economic benefits and environmental benefits.Main research results are:1.Effect of biogas slurry nitrogen fertilizer on the growth and development of Organic Rice ResearchBiogas slurry as nitrogen,in the condition of amount of nitrogen fertilizer,topdressing of panicle fertilizer,it is necessary to increase the proportion of panicle fertilizer can promote organic rice leaf growth and increase photosynthetic production accumulation,promote the absorption and utilization of nitrogen,the yield and quality;panicle fertilizer proportion is too small,no significant effect.According to the different climate,soil and yield levels in booting fertilizer proportion is the best choice.In yield and quality under two nitrogen ratio differences are not significant,consider fertilization cost and economic benefit,to 6:4 of base tiller fertilizer,panicle fertilizer,can reduce the number of fertilization,reduce the cost of artificial fertilization,the same economic benefit has been obtained.2.Effects of nitrogen levels on the growth and development of biogas slurry or organic riceBiogas slurry can promote the growth of rice leaf,enhance photosynthesis,the greater the application rate,maximum leaf area index and high effective leaf area rate is high,but the biogas slurry with high nitrogen level,an increase of non effective tillering of rice,and effective tillering nitrogen competition,groups and light conditions is not good,affect the growth of effective leaf.Be not good for improving the effective leaf area ratio.Biogas slurry as nitrogen can promote the heading period to mature period of dry matter accumulation and nitrogen level is high,accumulation amount is large,increased the dry matter rate to the distribution of grain,also can promote the absorption of nitrogen in rice,but the nitrogen level of biogas slurry processing rate,nitrogen physiological use efficiency,nitrogen uptake by the efficiency had no significant effect on nitrogen agronomic efficiency of nitrogen transfer efficiency and nitrogen harvest index decreased gradually with decrease of the nitrogen levels.Liquid nitrogen level processing of grain number per spike,1000 grain weight and seed setting rate had no significant effect.Also,there is no significant difference compared with CK,but with the increase of amount of nitrogen fertilizer,increase the effective panicle number per mu,output increased to 419.54Kg/667 m2,and dealing with low levels of nitrogen level,yield increasing effect not obvious.Biogas slurry can significantly improve the rice brown rice rate,milled rice rate,compared with CK,head milled rice rate of no significant difference;biogas slurry n level treatment did not result in significant differences in milling quality of,but the milled rice rate had increased with the nitrogen level in the BS decreased trend,growth is not obvious;rice appearance quality,edible value and straight chain starch content not because of different biogas slurry nitrogen levels showed significant difference,the slurry of high nitrogen level can significantly increase the content of protein in rice.The application of biogas slurry is CK can improve soil organic matter,total nitrogen,total phosphorus,total potassium,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium.High nitrogen level of biogas slurry on soil organic matter to enhance the capability of obvious effects on soil total potassium was not significant.The increase of soil nitrogen,phosphorus and potassium fertilizer with biogas slurry increased,but the available phosphorus was not obvious.At the same time,the greater the application rate of biogas slurry,the economic increase is more obvious.3.Effect of biogas slurry compared to other organic fertilizer on the growth anddevelopment of organic rice.Biogas slurry fertilization effect and fertilizer,organic fertilizer in optimizing the population quality indices,improve nitrogen absorption and utilization,yield and quality,improve soil fertility and no significant advantage compared with,but taking economic benefits as the goal,under the condition of the same amount of nitrogen application,biogas slurry cake income 455.52 — 493.64 RMB / 667m2,biogas slurry is organic fertilizer to increase 677.83—1015.95 RMB / 667m2,can be seen income more obvious advantages in 6:4.Therefore,organic rice production of biogas slurry has obvious cost advantage and benefits.In summary,from the aspects of organic rice yield,rice quality,soil fertility and economic benefits,in organic rice production,biogas slurry as organic fertilizer,6:4 of base tiller fertilizer,without panicle fertilizer,reducing the number of fertilization,biogas slurry nitrogen application level 11.53m~3 / 667m2,can achieve net income 3513 RMB /667m2.This application dosage can be appropriate to increase the biogas slurry application rate,maximum consumption of biogas slurry,reduce storage costs,achieve efficient use of resources,the biggest gains.
