In this investigation,a mapping population that consisting of 161 DH lines from the cross zheng 958 were constructed, field trials were carried out in Changge City and Qixian Country in 2014 and 2015 year.In the milk stage, the plant triats were investigated(Plant height?Ear height?Stem diameter under the ear inter node?Stem diameter on the third inter node?Rind penetration strength under the ear inter node and Rind penetration strength on the third inter node)about lodging resistance for the parent of Zheng dan958,F1 and the various of DH family groups,QTL mapping and analysis for the three traits were conducted under the two environments by composite interval mapping method,107 pairs of polymorphic primers were selected from 823 pairs of primers to construct molecular linkage map.The results were as follows:(1)In two years results of variance analysis showed that in the plant trait related to the lodging resistance, the parents have significant differences between the various characters in their differences between genetype and environment significantly and extremely significant level respectively;in 2015,the ear height have no significant in two locition.(2)The correlation analysis results indicate that: the plant height and ear height is higher in Changge and Qixian were extremely significant correlation in two years, the correlation coefficient is 0.8,the correlation analysis showed that in 2015,only in Changge place the ground of third stem thick and ear height was significantly negative correlation a high correlation(r =0.029),the puncture resistance of the third stem in the ground and ear next stem diamete in Chengge pilot is a very significant positive correlation(r = 0.9513),the results showed that choose ear next coarser stem traits stem thickness, especially to increase the ground the third quarter section under the ear of increasing stem penetration strength and the ground of the penetration resistance of the third stem in the ground has a very important role.(3)In two years in Changge and Qixian were detected in 9,15 and 8 coefficient of plant height, ear height and coefficient of ear height(ear high/plant height)QTLs,which contribution rate range of 6.29% ~ 22.98%,5.09% ~ 41.79% and 6.89% ~ 18.56%.qph-3-3,qph-2-10,qeh-1-2,qeh-5-9and qeh/qph-3-1 are mainly effect QTLs;test results in 2014,the plant height and ear height four QTLs for common marker interval, the head coefficient and a high three QTLs for common marker interval,to some extent, reveals the genetic correlation between plant height and ear height.(4)7 QTLs which related to corn on the ground the third quarter stem diameter were detected, the contribution rate range is 6.12% ~ 24.71%,including site qsdt-10-1 in two years at the same timeQixian County region detected, and the contribution rate is higher, mainly visual effect QTL;Two years in two pilot section 7 under stem diameter under the ear inter node QTLs detected, contribution rate range is 7.35% ~ 34.29%,including qsde-3-6 sites mainly effect QTL;stem diameter under the ear inter node and stem diameter on the third inter node has a significant correlation, but the two traits to a certain extent easily affected by environment and gene interactions.(5)5 QTLs about rind penetration strength on the third inter node were detected in two years, contribution rate range is 6.75% ~ 28.68%;in 2015,qrpse-3-6 was detected in Qixian and the contribution of the highest(28.68%),is the main effect of QTL.In two years,7 QTLS that rind penetration strength on the third inter node were detected, the contribution rate range is 5.90% ~15.66%,which in 2015 in both loction detect common site qrpst-5-9,the pilot contribution rate is as high as 15.66% in Qixian County.
