Vegetables as an essential food in people's diet can provide many kinds of vitamins and minerals necessary for human.As the social development and the change of dietary structure,people are increasingly concerned on the safety of vegetables.Pyrethroids pesticides are simulate natural and synthetic pesticides,because of its high efficiency,low dosage,lasting effect,and then are effecect to the insects whichi resistant to organophosphate and carbamate.But toxicology studies show that Pyrethroids pesticides have potential harm to human and environment,so it is urgent need to conduct the risk assessment of them.This paper studied on the highest dietary quantity of 9 kinds of vegetables of Shandong province and 10 common kinds of pyrethroid pesticides,established basic information database of sample,test database and the maximum residues limits(MRL)database.The data were mainly from sample testing data of Supervision and Testing Cener for Food Quality(Jinan)MOA.A new risk assessment system was designed.And this system was very beneficial for pesticides supervision,the specification for pecticides use,and early warning system.And also it has very important practical significance to protect the health of consumers.This system is composed by the main running window,database management system and evaluation section,using VFP6.0 as database management and development tools,and the operating platform is the Windows XP.The system designed for two different operation of the main window,through its database management functions it can complete dynamic data entry,modify,transfer,audit,browse,access and print data.The user can query statistics under different conditions of pesticide residue detection and exceed the standard according to the city,varieties of vegetables,seasons,pesticides and then form multi elements evaluation database.Using the current international pesticide residues in vegetable dietary intake risk assessment formula simplified,a query to the latest data correction parameters and combine with the evaluation of database testing data,the system NESTI and compare to ARfD,and calculate probability,we get the evaluation conclusion.Becase the decection of pyrethroid pesticides changed with different areas,seasons and vegetables.This evaluation system is mainly carried out according to different area,different seasons and different vegetables.Assessment research has a practical and academic significance.The two databes namely sample's basic information and test data provide technical support to dig deeper into that is of great significance for the government and scientific research for deeper research,because it can provide a large amount of data information digitalization,informatization,standardization and normalization.
