In recent years, More and more attention has been paid to variable rate fertilization technology. Because the variable fertilization technology can save resources, eliminate waste, improve the environment and reduce the pollution of groundwater resources. And it can bring great economic benefits.Soybean originated in China, is a kind of high protein, high fat, high energy food, it is important to the combination of grain and oil crops, rich in protein and fat, its application is very extensive.At present, China's annual imports of soybeans in more than 50 million tons, accounting for more than 80% of China's total grain imports,Most of China's soybean consumption is imported, while China's soybean output per capita is far lower than the world average.Most of the other major agricultural products have reached or higher than the world average,combined with growing demand for soybean and agronomic measures, agricultural and agronomic combination.Using variable rate seeding and fertilization in precision agriculture technology to improve soybean yield and economic benefit, reduce the waste of fertilizer and its effect on the ecological environment of great significance.The main research contents of this paper are as follows:(1)Use Beidou satellite positioning technology, through a combination of domestic and satellite precision agriculture technology, information collection, processing, complete fertilization system variable soybeans. "Beidou" navigation satellite system is the world's first regional satellite navigation system, can provide all-weather and all-day satellite navigation information, to monitor the growth of soybean provides comprehensive information support as well as the data space attribute analysis, to facilitate the establishment and implementation of variable rate fertilization of Intelligent Decision Support System;(2)Using artificial intelligence technology and expert system to establish database, model base;At the same time, the spatial distribution pattern of soil nutrient distribution is formed by using GIS software,according to the spatial distribution of soil available nitrogen, available phosphorus, potassium and other nutrients availablecombining knowledge base, model base,after the measurement of the current calendar year and nutrient distribution yield tables and expert database research,got the best ratio for each fertilizer,and generate fertilizer figure.(3)Studied on the implementation process of variable rate fertilization machine. Fertilization by installing a separate tank below the axis of each fertilizer, fertilizer shaft has a spiral vent port fertilizer, fertilizer shaft speed increases, increasing the amount of fertilizer per unit of time.By stepper motor and fertilization shaft connected, used to control the fertilization shaft speed. Fertilization decision-making system to inform on-board computer how much fertilizer should be applied to the current location.Computer programmed control stepping motor, the control of nitrogen, phosphate, potash fertilizer shaft rotation speed, we can realize the function of precise fertilization.This article uses the method of grid division to divide a piece of soybean planting area in Heilongjiang Province friendship farm into 80*80(CM), and analyze the soil nutrient composition.The nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer were pulled in three kinds of different fertilizer box, Fertilizer axis installed separately, and is connected with the fertilizer box.Building server SQL database, storing soil nutrient coordinates and information.Using Basic Visual programming language with the serial RS232 to read the current fertilization position information from the Beidou navigation, compared to soil information in the database, to calculate the current position requires fertilizer amount.By using Basic Visual language to control the rotational speed of three fertilizer boxes, the effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer was realized by using the step motor.
