CLA is helpful for human health, and numerous studies have demonstrated that CLA is derived from ruminant products. Is butyrivibio fibrisolvens to biohydrogenate LA into CLA. The objective of this study was to investigate the biological mechanisms of CLA synthesis from the cellular level, and to promote development and utilization of butyrivibrio fibrisolvens in guizhou black goat rumen. The study was carry out in 6 guizhou black goats that installed rumen fistula. And modern molecular biotechnology was applied for isolation and identification of rumen butyrivibrio fibrisolvens from guizhou black goat. The results shown, a modified rumen fistula was successfully installed in 6 guizhou black goat. Basing on the results of 16 S r RNA sequencing phylogenetic tree analysis and its morphological and gram staining, 1 strain was ascertained as butyrivibrio fibrisolvens, it's No in 16 S rRNA GeneBank was X89971.1. The morphological observation showed that this strain was gram-negative, has curved rod and a tapered end. The colony was white and translucent, and the shape of colony was round. According to the physiological and biochemical characteristics assaying results, the strain is a strictly anaerobic bacterium and grow well at 30 ?~37 ? and ph7.0 medium. The combination of LA in rumen of guizhou black goat, result in an increasing proliferation of butyrivibrio fibrisolvens,increasing the content of c9t11-CLA, t10c12-CLA, t11-CLA, and linoleate isomerase.This study revealed, for it always associated with other anaerobic bacteria, a butyrivibrio fibrisolvens is hart to isolated and purified. After 3 consecutive days infusion of 30 mL LA, an increasing of the content of butyrivibrio fibrisolvens,c9t11-CLA, t10c12-CLA, t11-CLA, and linoleate isomerase content observed.
