In the study, Zongdihua pig was regarded as experimental subjects. The technology of DNA pool and DNA direct sequencing were used to analyze the genetic polymorphisms of PRLR, GDF9 and BMPR-IB gene. Analysis of the correlation between the polymorphisms of PRLR, GDF9 and BMPR-IB gene and total number born, number born alive, average birth weight of piglets and lactescence. The aims of this study were to provide significant experimental foundation of molecular marker-assisted selection for the improvement of reproductive traits of Zongdihua pigs. The results were as follows:1. The 6 SNPs sites of PRLR gene were detected in the Zongdihua pigs groups, C1115 G, A1528 T, G1600 A, C1620 T and A1789 T were missense mutations. The C1115 G site led to the consequent change which caused proline into arginine. Association analysis indicated that the effect of polymorphism in the C1115 G site of PRLR gene on the traits of total number born, number born alive and lactescence were high significant(P<0.01). The A1528 T site led to the consequent change which caused arginine into tryptophan. Polymorphism of A1528 T site on the traits of total number born was high significant(P<0.01) and number born alive was significant(P<0.05). The G1600 A site led to the consequent change which caused glycine into cysteine. Polymorphism of G1600 A site had no significant effect on the reproductive traits of Zongdihua pigs(P >0.05). The C1620 T site led to the consequent change which caused alanine into serine. Polymorphism of C1620 T site on the traits of total number born, number born alive and lactescence were significant(P<0.05), and the site on the traits of wasn't significant(P?0.05). The A1789 T site led to the consequent change which caused serine into cysteine. Polymorphism of A1789 T site had significant effect on total number born, number born alive and average birth weight of piglets were significant(P<0.05). But the A1283 C site was synonymous mutations. Polymorphism of A1283 C site on the traits of total number born, number born alive and average birth weight of piglets were high significant(P<0.05).2. The 2 SNPs sites of GDF9 gene were detected in the Zongdihua pigs groups. The C1009 T and T1014 C sites led to the consequent change which caused aspartate into histidine and arginine into tryptophan. Polymorphism of C1009 T site of GDF9 gene had high significant effect on total number born(P<0.01), and the site had significant effect on total number born, number born alive and average birth weight of piglets(P<0.05). Polymorphism of T1014 C site of GDF9 gene had significant effect on total number born, number born alive and average birth weight of piglets(P<0.05).3. The 2 SNPs sites of BMPR-IB gene were detected in the Zongdihua pigs groups. The G595 C site was missense mutations. The G595 C site led to the consequent change which caused aspartate into histidine. But the C643 T site was synonymous mutations. Polymorphism of G595 C site of BMPR-IB gene had significant effect on total number born and number born alive(P<0.05), and the site had significant effect on. Polymorphism of C643 T site of BMPR-IB gene had high significant effect lactescence(P<0.01).
