China is the hometown of the soybean, which is rich in cultivated and wild soybean germplasm resources. Compared with the biological characteristics of cultivated soybean, wild soybean generally showed a stronger ability to adapt to the environment, and the drought, salinity, pest and other abiotic and biotic stress showed higher tolerance. In this study, 20 kinds of wild soybean Jilin material(Glycine soja) were dealt salt stress, seed germination by germination and initial detection determines the salt tolerance of wild soybean material were strong on the Jilin 8, Jilin 9 and Jilin 16(W8, W9 and W16), wherein W8 resistant salt is the best. In view of this, this study used the experimental materials further by W8, semi-wild soybean No. 18(SW18)(Glycine gracilis) and conventional cultivation of soybean Melrose(Glycine max), compared to salt stress(150mmol/L Na Cl) difference under the condition of important growth parameters, photosynthetic characteristics, physiological indexes and root growth parameters of students. The salt tolerance of wild soybean W8 was evaluated, and the physiological effects of W8 were defined, which provided an important germplasm resources for the selection of salt tolerant cultivars. The main results are as follows:Different concentrations of salt stress treatment 20 kinds of wild soybean materials in the seed germination rate have received varying degrees of inhibition, in under the condition of low concentration(less than or equal to 50mmol/L) of 20 kinds of wild soybean seed germination had no significant inhibitory effect, with the increase of salt concentration, 20 kinds of wild soybean materials of seed germination rate showed a decreasing trend, which W8, W9 and W16 by the degree of inhibition was lighter, under the condition of 150 mm, the seed germination rate was 59.8%, 57.2%, 55.3% respectively, wherein W8 by salt stress was inhibiting minimum.At the same time under salt stress conditions(150mmol/L), three types of W8, SW18 and Melrose of seedling growth was inhibited, but W8 seedling growth was in good condition, while SW18 and Melrose seedlings growth appeared wilting, yellowing of leaves and salt stress symptoms. The biomass(fresh weight, dry weight, fresh weight and dry weight) of W8 were significantly higher than those of SW18 and Melrose, especially in the, especially in theMelrose. Physiological index detection results under salt stress showed that, malondialdehyde(MDA) content and relative conductivity(REC) of Melrose and SW18 increased the amplitude was much higher than that of wild soybean varieties of W8, and the activity of superoxide dismutase(SOD) and peroxidase(POD) activity increased less than wild soybean W8. The relative chlorophyll content(Chl), relative water content(RWC) and photosynthetic rate(Pn) of SW18 and Melrose decreased significantly than that of W8 cultivars.The study on salt stress(150mmol/L Na Cl) conditions of root growth parameters were analyzed. The results show that root morphological parameters of W8 plant is obviously superior to the SW18 and Melrose, especially differences compared with Melrose more significantly, the total root length, root length and root surface area, respectively, an increase of 63.24%, 41.67% and 73.91%, furthermore,the root average diameter reduced 27.02%, and reached the significant level(P < 0.05).In summary, this study by salt stress under the condition of 20 kinds of wild soybean seed germination and germination were measured, preliminary screening the W8 materials resistant salt is the best, and compared between W8, resistant to salt between wild and normal soybean materials of semi wild soybean materials SW18 and salt tolerance of conventional cultivar Melrose to salt stress tolerance, clear the W8 physiological mechanisms of salt tolerance. The research results have important application value and significance in the evaluation of salt tolerance of wild soybean, and further provides the high quality germplasm resources for the salt tolerant breeding of cultivated soybean.
