| The experiment was conducted to investigate the effects of dietary supplementation with compound acidifier and water curtain during late gestation and lactation on reproductive performance and antioxidant capacity of multiparous sows and milk composition and immunoglobulin of sows’ serum. A total of 112 crossbred sows(Landrace× Yorkshire)(parity 3 to 8)were used in a 2 factorial in a randomized complete block design(28 replicates and one pig per replicate). The first factor was diets containing no supplemental compound acidifier or supplemental compound acidifier(2.5kg/t), whereas the second factor was sows feeding in water curtain swine shed or tradition open swine shed. The trial started from 85 th day of pregnancy to weaning at 21 day. The results showed as follows:1 Compared with the semi-enclosed layer house, the cooling pad layer house had a tendency to increase daily gain of piglet and feed intake of sows in lactation(P<0.1), but significantly increase stillbirths and mummies(P<0.05); Compared with the control diets, the compound acidifier diets can significantly reduce weakling piglets(birth weight <0.8kg)(P<0.01).2 Compared with the control diets, the compound acidifier diets can significantly increased piglet weaning weight, weaning average weight, gilts daily gain and feed intake of swine(P<0.05). The cooling pad layer house and acidifiers interaction can significantly improve the litter weight of piglets and feed intake of sows(P<0.05). There were no significant difference in estrus rate in 7 days and survival rate of piglet when supplemental two diets and feeding in two swine house.3 Feeding in two swine house and compound acidifiers diet had no significant effect in colostrum and milk conventional ingredients, and there were no interaction(P>0.05) between supplemental compound acidifiers and feeding environment.4 Serum: Within 12 h postpartum, compared the semi-enclosed layer house, sows in cooling pad layer house serum GSH concentration respectively increased 31.86%, and MDA concentration decreased 10.46%, but all did not reach significant levels(P>0.05);Compared with the control diet, sows supplying of compound acidifier serum GSH respectively increased 14.75%, but did not reach significant levels(P>0.05). there were no interaction(P>0.05) between supplemental compound acidifiers and feeding environment. At postpartum 14 d, compared with the semi-enclosed layer house, sows in cooling pad layer house serum GSH-Px, T-AOC concentration respectively increased 13.60%(P<0.1), 31.45%, but all did not reach significant levels(P>0.05); Dietary supplementation of compound acidifier had no significant effect in antioxidant parameter(P>0.05); there were no interaction between supplemental compound acidifiers and feeding environment.Milk: Compared with the semi-enclosed layer house, sows in cooling pad layer house colostrum MDA decreased 28.05%, but did not reach significant levels(P>0.05); Compared with the control diet, sows supplying compound acidifier serum MDA decreased 45.98%, GSH-Px respectively increased 16.64%, but all did not reach significant levels(P>0.05); There were no effect in MDA、GSH-Px when supplemental two diets and feeding in two swine house. At postpartum 14 d, compared with the semi-enclosed layer house, sows in cooling pad layer house serum T-AOC、GSH respectively increased 15.15%, 12.61%, but did not reach significant levels(P>0.05); Compared with the control diet, sows supplying compound acidifier serum MDA concentration significantly decrease(P<0.05). At postpartum 21 th d, compared with the semi-enclosed layer house, sows in cooling pad layer house whey GSH increased 33.71%, but did not reach significant levels(P>0.05); Compared with the control diet, sows supplying compound acidifier whey MDA concentration significantly decrease(P < 0.01); There were no interaction(P > 0.05) between supplemental compound acidifiers and feeding environment.5 At parturition and postpartum 14 th d, there were no significantly effect in sows serum Ig A、Ig G、Ig M when supplemental compound acidifier and feeding in two swine house; There were no interaction(P>0.05) between supplemental compound acidifiers and feeding environment. Different swine pen had no significantly effect in colostrum immunoglobulin; Compared with the control diet, sows supplying compound acidifier colostrum Ig A, Ig G,Ig M respectively increased 18.35%, 17.97%, 15.87%, but did not reach significant levels(P > 0.05); Associative effects of different swine house and supplemental compound acidifier diets had a tendency to increase colostrum Ig A(P<0.1). |
